We always love staying here. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Everything is comfortable and clean. Close to coffee shops, shopping and restaurants.

Dirty and old with stains on the floors and bedding. Downgraded us because we had a cat with us. And then charged a pet fee too. Couldn't fix the problems, had to grt hotels.com involved.

This was a great option for an overnight - it's clean, seems recently updated, bright, in a great location next to the stores you would want to visit, breakfast was above average for it's price range.

The place was overall good, for the most part. However if you have therapy pets dont go here cause they can't stay here, unless they are dogs and not cats. Was even told that even though they are ESA pets our 2 cats could not stay there and that they would cancel our reservation after i had already paid for the stay.

They room we stayed in smelled like smoke every time we left and came back. I told the people at the desk and they apologized but didn't do anything about it

Rest room had hair all over the floor! Paint runs all over the vent was hanging from the ceiling ! Was charged an extra 90 bucks cuz I needed to add my granddaughters to my room! The guy was rude about it saying I only put 2 adults well life happens and things change! For the price of 140 ish a night was NOT worth it!!!!!

For the most part, it was an average stay. Two main problems stood out, however. 1. The sitting chair in our room was thoroughly stained with urine (I hope it was urine, at least). 2. A detached light in the pool was seen to be floating in the pool, attached to it by live electrical wires, of course. My kids were in this pool. Needless to say, the pool session was cut short. Motel staff did immediately try to repair the light, but we returned to our room. The pool is the reason I chose this motel over others. The people who worked there seemed nice. The property looked a little beat up. There’s no excuse for the pool or the chair, in my opinion. Is this normal here? I hope not.

The lady at the front desk when we checked in was so nice. She was really the only bright spot. The room was not as clean as it should have been. Floors were like a linoleum so no carpet which I thought would be easier to clean. The floor in our room was dirty. If you walked across it in bare feet, you had to wipe the dirty and crumbs off your feet before getting into bed. I killed one bug running across the floor. The bathroom floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in awhile either. Lots of dust and cobwebs in the corner.
The beds were comfortable but I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

It downpoured for a few hours and our window was leaking bad. Went to the desk and they gave me towels to soak up the water instead of checking it out and moving us to another room.Asked for more towels was told we could have 2 , told them there were 4 in the room plus a baby 2 wasnt going to cut it. We've stayed here a few times over the years but have to say this year was horrible!

We are traveling with two small dogs, and when one checked in they said we couldn't be on the 3rd floor because we had animals (they never asked if we were). Then they said because we had two dogs that we could not stay there. Only one dog per room. We already requested a refund due to them not honoring their policy.

Motel is old and outdated. stayed 6 nights. Asked for room to be cleaned at least twice. Had to talk with the GM to get it done once. Motel is overpriced for the value you get.

This property is located next to an Applebee's so that was a bonus. The room was clean and fresh. Staff friendly and helpful. There is a Fleet Farm and a Target nearby. Over all I enjoyed staying here.

Checkin was friendly and efficient.
The only thing we were looking for was clean beds on an overnight trip.
One of the beds had debris in it and obviously used pillow cases. Strangely it was all tucked in and tidy.
We demanded clean linens and due to timing, remade the bed ourselves.
In the morning the manager offered a discount the next time we stay there.
