Very clean, large and comfortable room. I appreciated that it had both a refrigerator and a microwave. My only complaint is that it’s a bit noisy. We could hear people snoring either above or next to us! I would stay here again. It’s affordable and centrally located to the USMA and local sites. Staff was very welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to recommend the perfect spot for a family picture by the river. It was scenic and private-no one was there but us!

Love the location. A little out of the way, but it is a nice drive up the mountain.
Front desk was fantastic, as well as other staff. Room was clean and the hallway was quiet.

I accidentally booked the wrong type of room &the Front Desk was SO pleasant about correcting my error. Had the new room key in her hand when I got off the elevator.
Room was clean. Only issue was the mattress could have been updated. Thi shotel had THE best complimentary breakfast we have ever had. My son is super picky and he found several items he enjoyed! We would stay here again for sure!

The property looks much nicer than I remembered, however they are still working. They confine the work to 10 - 6, I believe, with most people out on their own after breakfast which ends at 9:30. However, when they are working it is disturbing

Although a large portion of the building was actively being renovated, the main lobby and breakfast area were very well appointed and clean. Our room was very comfortable and clean but did show signs of use and a previous leak from upstairs. The breakfast was very good and offered a large variety of foods to choose from. Real pluses included a nice warm room, very comfortable bed and linens, lots of towels, generous supplies of soap, shampoo, hair rinse and body lotion. I kind of missed not seeing a shower cap but had packed one. Every thing was in working order. We enjoyed our stay without any real complaints.

The property is under construction with one sign posted on the elevator. The construction continued over our weekend stay so relaxing in the daytime was impossible. Also vending and ice machines were limited as the construction located on the 3rd floor blocked this access.

3rd floor was under construction and it looked like there was a water leak...our ceilings on the 2nd floor had some marks on it. It was ok, but I'm guessing its loud during the week

At the night we checked in, we found some of unexpected issues for the room facilities, the toilet didn't has the water come out, we could not use it and also there was no water for the shower, we tried to contact the front desk, but the guy who worked there told us they were not able to fix that, so he gave us another room key to walk in there taking the shower ects, but it cause a lot of inconvenience to us, we checked in at the midnight, we’re tired and we need to spend more time for the issue.
We are Not satisfied with the place where we stayed, the hotel is supposed to check their facilities and make sure they are all in good condition.

The hotel was clean with a friendly staff. The location was close to the Bear Mountain Inn. The hotel has signs posted that they are planning a future renovation, which it can use. However it was a nice place to stay and would not hesitate to go back.

The lady at desk, was very kind and friendly. Even called our room, when we left our book at the pool. Also came up to our room to try and figure out whu heater was not working . Offered us another room also. We decided to stay i the room but appreciated her offer.

pool claimed to be heated and it was not as nobody swam because of it while we were there. Sauna also was out of order. Our bathroom tub did not want to drain....shower did not work and soap and shampoo dispensers also did not work
