Rundown and no coffee maker in your room. Poor ventilation in hot tub room

It is cheap price, good location. Bed was very uncomfortable, no staff around the facility. Advertised as having breakfast but there was no breakfast.

I am really enjoying my stay here. I will definitely be back! Highly recommend.

When we got to the hotel, we were told where our room was and found out that there was no elevator (had to lug our big chest up the stairs and my husband has a bad back). The receptionist was not trying to go out of her way to add any information that could be beneficial and when we asked a question, she barely gave us answers. We got to the room and the fridge was not working. The plug was too short to plug in and so we moved it (regular-sized fridge) and it still didn't work. The room felt dirty and the drawers (which were surprisingly stocked with supplies) were dirty as well. I really was shocked by the room. We were moved out of that room into our 2nd room and it had bunk beds vs the King we thought we were getting. It was a little cleaner, but the tv remote didn't work. Finally got one that did. The carpet was trash. We decided that we were too tired to request a third room and just stayed. Needless to say, we will not be visiting again, if we can help it :(. I wish we had taken photos as I see that this is an option to upload here.

Great Keystone location along with a reasonable price. Parking on site and plenty of options within walking distance.

room was clean , poor rating due to the check in. Check in 4 pm there is nobody working the desk , had to call multiple times and finally a young girl showed up 20 min late . Apparently there is no employee working the desk at all from what we saw

There was no one at the desk when we arrived to check in or check out. We had to knock clean on doors to find someone. Otherwise the stay was fine.

Staff was very friendly and efficient on check-in. Accommodations are dated, but, in excellent condition. We were looking for a simple overnight stay, and this more than exceeded our expectations. Coffee and tea in the lobby was fresh and ready when we were ready to leave at 4:45 a.m. We are planning to stay at this same location next year for the same annual event. Thank You.

HORRIBLE

The room was pretty run down, toilet seat was falling off, not a trash can in either the room or the bathroom, no backup toilet paper from the half a roll in the holder. Nobody at the front desk until 4 o’clock. Not sure we will stay here again.

I didn’t stay there. Contactless entry. The lobby looked fine. No cars in parking lot. No one else seemingly present in building. My room was dirty—an open soda can on the nightstand. The carpet filthy and ripped up. The room smelled of fried food and urine. The headboard for the bed had Xs painted on it. The sheets to the bed were wrinkled as if they had been wadded up in the washer. I couldn’t stand the smell and left promptly after checking in. I want a full refund and hope no one else is subjected to this property.

No one at the front desk hardly. Front lobby smelled from Marijuana. Don't change linens or towels.

The experience was horrible, noone was available at the front desk. They gave a phone number that noone answers and the mailbox was full. I had to reset my room key daily, the 2nd floor smelled like gas all the time. The rooms are out dated, everything is falling apart and they smelled like cigarettes. I will never again stay at this lodge, we booked a total of 15 rooms and we all are very disappointed. We hope the facility takes in consideration our conserns.

Stay was nice and quiet. Price was reasonable for the room. I would definitely go back if I’m back in the area.

Hotel front desk not staffed, hotel did hold my bag and helmets behind the desk but apon check in tried to get ahold of someone to get my bag. No one answered on the number given by the hotel at the front desk, and calls repeatedly went to voicemail and the mailbox was full. Guest in lobby had issue with key card not working after initially getting into room and then being stuck in the lobby and not being able to get ahold of anyone. I also had problems with my key card, but luckily my wife's card worked after coming back from dinner. Ran out of coffee to early maybe 930AM. Hot tub only open from 3PM to 10PM. It would be nice to use it in the morning as well before check out!

Its quiet and cheap. The staff is not always readily available.

Great front desk service. Cereal under the bed, fridge was unplugged, carpet was dirty but was quiet.

Large room for a budget motel. Clean. Big bathroom. Quiet and efficient A/C. Comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff. I would not hesitate to stay here in the future.

The front desk guy was super helpful and friendly!! He offered to help me with my luggage and was very professional too. The rooms refrigerator and microwave didn't work for some reason, but didn't really affect me. Ive stayed there many times and will return.

No desk personnel when we arrived. We had to call a number which ended up being the hotel owner who was on vacation and texted his employee to come to the desk to help us. We waited about 10 minutes. It took him another 15-20 minutes to find a clean room because housekeeping doesn't work everyday. He also told us that there is no hotel personnel on the premises after 8pm. Our room was clean-ish with clean towels and linen, a clean, but wobbly table and 2 rickety chairs, but the floor was only vacuumed as far as the vacuum could reach. The HUGE under-cabinet microwave on the counter didn't work. The small college dormroom refrigerator did not work. The bed was hard, and the box springs were so worn, the bed was very wobbly. The pillows left our necks and shoulders sore, and we didn't sleep well at all. Housekeeping did not clean our room, so we didn't have clean linen or towels on our second day. Your bathrooms are not ADA compliant with the only handrail in the bathroom being 6 inches long in the shower wall. There was hot water, which was nice, but no water pressure. The only good things about this hotel is that the desk person was cordial and nice, and the room/bed didn't have bugs.

I love to stay here when I’m in Keystone. The staff is so nice and welcoming. Super comfortable bed and pillows! Also they have one of the best hot tubs in the county so far.

Never got a chance to meet the staff- bummer. Efficient check in with the envelopes on the desk. Refrigerator has a je ne sais quoi to it… perhaps it the rust? The lights on the tree are nice. Love the lobby toaster, thought I was going to have to warm my bagel in the room microwave 😅

This is the perfect place to stay at for a ski weekend. Walkable to everything including the Peru chair lift. This isn’t a resort or anything fancy but a place to sleep when you’re not skiing or hiking. Definitely will come back. Affordable for the average person.

Painfully old mattress, carpet tack strip exposed to bare feet. No more breakfast. Staff nice but mostly non-existent. This used to be a favorite simple hotel but we'll never go again.

It's basically clean, warm, and well-located. If that's what you're after, it works. It ain't the Ritz. The internal walls are tissue paper - you can clearly hear conversations in the next room. Bring earplugs. Also the morning coffee urn was present, but the only cups were the thin plastic water glasses, so maybe bring your own mug. Other than that, totally fine.

Father/son ski trip. Just needed a convenient place to crash. Staff was kind. Location was wonderful. Price was right. Would stay again.
