Loved the main lobby look. Clean and contemporary. Room was average. Could stand to update bathrooms and brighten them up a bit. Additionally, the hallways were clean but the carpeting was outdated. Elevator could also be replaced with a newer model.

Doors and hallways are filthy. Stained carpet. Broken screen in room window. Not enough parking. Guests were leaving trash outside their doorways. Toilet leaked. Room Kitchenette is barely serviceable. Appreciated the laundry facility, adequate morning breakfast, and acceptable lobby area. After being stuck there 8 days….I would never stay again.

I’ve never stayed at this hotel suite before they just built a brand new one about a year ago out in Murfreesboro, Tennessee now that I know how it is I will advise people to give it a try. Now, as for the one I was at there were too many spaces for diamond elite not sure who those people are, but they had eight spaces. There were only three handicap spaces, and the diamond elite had eight and they were closer to the front door of the hotel. Now, when we arrived, the handicap door did not work. You push the button and nothing would happen so that was kind of hard having an elderly person. , and the diamond elite had eight and they were closer to the front door of the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay if there was any complaints it would’ve been not enough handy parking but elite diamond parking spaces and only three handicap spaces. I don’t understand that time of arrival the handicap button to open the doors did not work until yesterday and lastly, I originally booked for two double bed suites and at the last minute on May 30 I was contacted advising they had no Beds available only the single queen stated by manager David that the previous occupants messed up the room and they thought they could fix it but could not, but he was willing to cancel that booking, but I needed a room. He stated that the system over the rooms.

The staff here are so incompetent and rude, that they will make a mistake but call cops on the guests… it’s hilarious and sad to see. What an absolute waste of tax dollars to call cops because the staff can not do their own job. Motels have better hospitality than Staybridge. For context : Staybridge put us in a much smaller room without informing us in advance, so one of us had to sleep on their disgusting floor. We went up to the manager to look for resolutions, and after making a bunch of excuses, when he realized we were not falling for his excuses, he just called the cops on us for being rude lol. I’m sure the cops had better things to do. The cops were super sweet and sided with us obviously. But I would not recommend staying at this place with managers with big egos but small brains.

Perfectly met all our needs for a weekend near our kids. Love that it's dog friendly, but unfortunately the dog-friendly accommodations had a kind of shabby sofa. Wish the rooms had better lighting, too. A few more lamps with brightness switches. Otherwise, we were very satisfied. Staff are all very very nice.

We had a horrible experience. We had reserved a suite with a king bed. When we got there, they put us into a room with a queen. When we said something, they said they did not have any rooms with kings available and that we can try switching the next day. That night we got into the queen bed. Only the frame was broken and we sunk into the middle. On top of that the room was extremely dirty. There were stains all over the front of the refrigerator. They moved us into a small room with a queen , which was a little cleaner. The stairwell was absolutely disgusting. Stains on the carpet going all the way down the stairs. Dirty walls as well. We are on the first floor and there were kids running around yelling and swearing throughout the evening. The front desk clerk just seemed like she did not want to be there and would not do anything. my parents stayed in another room at this hotel and also had to switch rooms. There are no icemakers there. When we said some thing, the front desk clerk said our refrigerators had an icemaker and to just turn it on. Well, it takes hours to make ice . So dumb! I would never ever consider going here again. Forgot to mention that the hallways had a terrible odor as well.

At check in we thought the property looked nice, we were sadly mistaken! The property had very little parking, which was taken up by mostly work vehicles and trailers. First night we asked for extra blankets and was told there may not be any available but they would check and let me know, that never happened. The property was noisy, and very dirty, stairwell carpet was disgusting!! Breakfast was a joke, the second morning there was no fruit, waffle batter dispenser was broken, juice machine not working. Other customers vaping in the “dining” area. The morning we were leaving the elevator wasn’t working. Whenever I went to the front desk for something the workers were sitting on their phones. If I could give this place a negative star I would. The accommodation ruined our weekend.

Please do not believe the high reviews. This is my 1st negative review ever and it is well warranted. Disgusting place. I still smell the carpet deodorizing powder and it’s been a week. The powder doesn’t make the terrible stench better; it makes it worse. Believe me and don’t stay here.

Overall it was good. Parking lot too small for the size of the hotel (had to park out on the street). Staff were all very nice and efficient. Common areas and room were okay, but needed some maintenance and upkeep (and more thorough cleaning).

The property was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was filling although they ran out of coffee and didn’t have half and half which I would have liked. The staff were not rude, just not helpful. For instance watching us struggle to open the door with suitcases when they are standing right next to the door. There were very few parking spots also.

Did not have the room that was originally requested at reservations but they did find an alternative room upon checking in.

Took a trip to decompress from stress what I anticipated as a peaceful night started out with one of the staff members playing the pricing game with me as far as the incidentals which the amount is ridiculous the hotels ask for a 150 dollar hold and the rooms are outdated and appliances as well my appliances had what looked to be rust and I have no idea what the stains were on the glass part of the microwave. Before checking in he was nice after I stated my concerns about the amount of the incidental fee which he was giving me a courtesy discount and dropped it down to 50 dollars which was in my personal opinion too much he went back up to the 150 because he didn’t like my personal opinion which he considered it to be an argument and I wasn’t arguing I also stated other hotels don’t ask for that much. Needless to say I will do extensive research before I make reservations at another hotel and I will not be returning to this particular hotel again.

I liked the duck pond. Staff was very helpful when I had trouble with one of the burners.

I really appreciated all the staff working here! Very friendly, helpful & positive. Rooms: very spacious, but a little worn. Water for shower never got hot. Breakfast: nice free continental breakfast. Food was good. Waffle maker not in service & only whole milk available. Parking can be difficult if you arrive later at night.

It was an awesome experience to stay at your property . Me and rest of the family enjoyed it very much . The hotel is clean and the staff are and so kind and courteous. . Breakfast is so delicious. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and family. Keep up the good work and more power to you guys .

Not enough parking for patrons

The hotel smelled overly pungent and it seemed like they tried to cover it up with too many different air fresheners. It gave my wife and I a headache every time we went inside so we decided to not finish out our last night there and left early.

Everything was perfect

The site listed dining options or a bar but did not have available. Breakfast times listed not accurate for the days of the week. Dishes, utensils, coffee pot all dirty and required cleaning before use. The TV's offered in both rooms were drastically crooked and nearly ready to fall off. The bathroom sink leaked at all settings.

No idea what the property was actually like because when my husband and his group members showed up they were told their rooms were no longer available. They had a performance that night and were traveling, arrived only to be told their reservations had been canceled at midnight, but no one called to check and see if they were enroute or what their eta would be. Then they had to find a new hotel at almost 3 in the morning and paid significantly more for the last minute booking than I had paid for their rooms here well in advance.

Property not well maintained, inadequate parking, noisey, poor customer service! Will not stay at this hotel again

Staff was nice... and that's about it for what was good. Checked in at 5pm but room not clean yet so changed rooms. Not enough parking for guests so cars and semis lined up along street out front. Stairwells NASTY and hallway smelled of urine. Couch and chair all stained and gross. Cabinet door at sink off hinges. Hair dryer didn't work. Shampoo conditioner body wash all filled with same sudsy thing so couldn't condition hair. Breakfast unimpressive.
