My husband and I were dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the room. Updating is needed-painting, dirty walls, stains on drapery and bed sheets! Slept on top of blankets-was awoken around 3:30 am to the staff cleaning, banging things and overall no concern for guests. Would NOT be back!

It was a clean place to stay with nice staff. However, the fact they have as policy to photocopy both your ID and credit card to keep on file is very, very disconcerting. I was not aware that was legal.

My overall stay was great very friendly staff my only concerns are that the pool smelled like beer and the lighting wasnt the best, lighting in the bathroom was bad and it was just dark

It was in a OK area, did not feel very safe at time. The breakfast was very poor. The eggs, sausage and potatoes were Luke warm or even cold. The rooms were old and worn down. The bed was probably the best thing during our stay. If you’re looking for 8 hours of sleep you would be ok.

Because I was traveling and working, it would have been great for the rooms to have in addition to have an eternet connection. Some folks are not able to work on Wi-Fi because of security. My stay was just fine but I would not return because of the one complaint about internet connection.

All staff was very nice and helpful. Hotel is run down and in desperate need of upgrades. It smells. Strange people in parking lot. Feels dingy. Doesn’t feel safe.

The breakfast was atrocious—garlic does not belong on everything. The coffee cups were minuscule and there was no sugar substitutes.
The hotel is clearly in the state of being remodeled, and that’s not something that bothers me, but when I needed to use the business office and it was missing windows for privacy and one of the staff sat *right beside* the open window playing loud videos on his phone, I was massively put out. I had to conduct my office from my vehicle in the parking lot.
The only positive was that the AC worked well.

Even though the beds and day today service was good, the floors were thin. Tenants kept knocking on the floor due to the fact we were simply walking.
Also, elevator needs some serious work.

Everything is falling apart, no TV service for two days. After two previous great stays, this one was extremely disappointing and we will not be returning.

The television cable service was out during our entire stay which was 3 days! The hotel wasn’t very clean and smelled of cigarettes. I would not stay here again.

Deferred maintenance is evident. Area is not pedestrian friendly (no sidewalks). Drive exit is on a curve with large plantings on either side that block view. Bed was comfy and clean. Staff was friendly.

Basic hotel with basic amenities. This hotel desperately needs an upgrade. The bathroom door looked chewed up at the bottom. Fixtures were loose and I think the owners or mangers and their extended family actually live on the fourth floor. The elevator broke down like three times during the stay (by the way, I've never seen an elevator with house flooring and quarter round) Workout facility was really lacking! Weight missing. Very few machines and HOT! I was expecting a bit better. Some sketchy visitors as well. Breakfast was lacking. No place to sit outdoors. You get the picture.

Property is old. Room reeked of cigarettes and Marijuana. When asked for another room, clerk offered a spray can of Febreeze. Really? Wet towels left on tub to be replaced, but they just folded them and put back on shelf. Promised pullaway sofa bed wasn't there. Free breakfast was a joke. Coffee cups were tiny Styrofoam 3 oz. Really? I didn't even eat anything there. My wife and daughter were very upset at me for choosing a dinky, run down hotel. We were going to a funeral unexpectedly and I didn't have much time to choose except for close location to the funeral home and airport. Not cheap either. Sheesh.

The room was wonderful. Very roomy and clean. The bed was very comfortable. I liked the sitting area which had a nice L-shaped sofa with a sofa tray. The bathroom was also spacious and had everything needed. I would stay at this La Quinta Inn again. The included breakfast was also very good.

Our stay was ok despite seeing a couple of bugs in the bathroom shower, the refrigerator not being cool, and the worker at the desk being nonchalant when I asked him how to turn the dial down to make the refrigerator cooler and where the dial was. It was like he didn’t care. We sprayed the room and made it work for the night. Glad the beds were at least comfortable. We check out at 6:30 am!

No manager at 1am. Only a young foreign man with no ID at front desk; he said he just arrived in the country a few days ago and still waiting on his i.d. Suspicious . In phone w "manager " tried to photocopy my debit card. I didn't allow. Elevator was nasty. Halls smelled bad.
Keys didn't work. The guys didn't do it right. We asked for refund. Booked on Expedia. They said we had to call Expedia. Seemed like a scam. Very sketchy place. Went to another two hotel that both said the la Quinta is bad here. And one hotel manager even said "shady people hang out there. Drugs. And trafficking!" Stay away from this la Quinta . Very different and nasty compared to other ones we stayed in. We didn't feel safe. It had a creepy vibe
