We stayed here for 2 nights for the UVM Family Weekend. The price gouging on hotels in the area is shameful, and when I think of what we paid for this place, I honestly feel completely disgusted. I'll say a couple of nice things before giving the lowdown. The bedding and towels were nice and the bed was comfortable. That’s about it for any type of pleasant experience. We arrived around 8:30 pm and there was no one at the desk. After waiting for about 10 minutes I knocked on both office doors, and there was no answer. I tried calling the main number and just listened to the phone ring as I basically stood next to it. When the desk clerk arrived and I told her how long I had been waiting, about 15 minutes at that point, rather than apologizing, she said that she had not been gone that long. Everything in the hotel needs updating. The wallpaper in the bathroom was starting to bubble and peel off. While it looked like someone had cleaned the floor, sink, tub and toilet, there was mold on the ceiling, some parts of the shower, and in spots on the walls. The crowning glory was the roll of toilet paper that had brown staining all over the side. Luckily there was a spare roll available. The pullout sofa was all springs. Also, when we removed the cushions, it was obvious that no one had cleaned under them as there were some nasty crumbs and part of a tortilla chip. Overall, not a pleasant experience. I was unable to attach photos of the tp and couch.

Old rundown dirty hotel that is in need of a remodel and makeover. Stained carpet and peeling wallpaper in my room and mold around the tub. The sink would not drain fully and had to put the water on multiple times over 20 min to leave a clean sink. Only thing that kept me from sleeping in my car: bed linen was clean and so were the towels. All would be forgiven if the room was $129 a Night, not the $529 (inc taxes) i paid for the one night. Was the last room available within 20 miles, so i had no choice. Never ever again.

Property was what you'd expect from a budget motel. Room was clean but no attention to detail. Also the wi fi was not easy to use or consistently reliable.

Tub never drained and dust and dirt all over the room.

Our toilet didn’t flush properly— it filled with water and took several minutes to go back down. There was a bulging, moldy ceiling tile from a leak above our room. Floor felt damp. The furniture is old and tired. The pull out couch was extremely thin and uncomfortable. And it cost a fortune.

This is a perfectly adequate Comfort Inn and Suites. I have stayed in many of them, and they are always just fine. This stay I was given a huge room with a kitchen and a couch which was great. Good air conditioning. Typical Comfort Inn breakfast. It's exactly what I expected. I was not disappointed. Staff was nice.

There to visit university - this was a great option nearby. It was a little more expensive than had hoped to spend, but appropriate for offerings.

I got to the hotel early but my room wast ready. The woman at the desk said it would be another couple hours. To my surprise I received a phone call after about an hour that my room was ready! Great customer Service!

There was no maid service during my 4 day long stay. Room was dirty when I arrived. The rug hadn’t been vacuumed, couch was dirty and stained, and room smelled musty. Black mold was apparent in the shower and the water pressure was almost non existent. Couldn’t believe this was supposed to be one of the nicest rooms in the entire hotel. Will definitely NOT be returning.

Excellent in every aspect. Very central location for driving around Burlington Only suggestion a bit more variety than scrambled eggs or "plastic eggs" for breakfast

I went the 26 and 27th of july. Paid 360$ CA The hotel is old and not worth the price. The shower had mole. Beds very comfortable and clean, free breakfast was good. The pool is a plus!

There was leftover food in our fridge, crumbs on the counters the bathroom tub was not washed.

The room we were given had a toilet that wouldn’t stop running so, when I told them, the staff apologized and immediately gave us a different room. The staff even told us which side of the building to park as it would be closest to where our room was! Room was big, comfortable and clean.

The lock on our door was broken and when we opened the closet door there was a huge pile of smelly, dirty linens and wet towels.

There was no toilet paper in the room. I called to the desk to request and was told there is no housekeeping staff after 5 and there was just the one person at the desk. She said I could come down and she would give it to me. There was a musty odor in the lobby and upstairs in the second floor hallway. It was disappointing given the cost.

The hotel smelled like smoke even though it was supposed to be non smoking. Mold around bath, questionable whether beds were changed in between guests. Noisy patrons at all hours of night.

I needed this room for a hospital stay. It needed to be extended and the desk woman was amazing is helping me do that and keep me in my original room!!

Very outdated but staff very courteous dealt with the front desk very accommodating made sure everything was OK with my stay.. I did arrive very very late and there was no issues or holdups right away to my room

I recommend this place if you want to stay comfortable and peaceful

It’s time for this facility to have a total makeover/renovation It’s very dirty, and very tired. We had many problems with our room and eventually had to be moved…the staff were friendly and accommodating…the issues had nothing to do with them or within their control.

Outdated
