Room was comfortable enough … very noisy neighbours on next room .. was never offered the upgrade but price was reasonable

The design of this property is so dated. The courtyard is such a poor use of space. The rooms at the rear of the property are a long walk to the elevator and tend to lack light. This property is overrun by tour groups.

It’s nice place close to the center. The issue is limited English speaking staff.

The location is perfect when arriving by car, easy to find. You can walk to everything and the old parts of town are beautiful, over all charming and clean. The hotel breakfast was perfect, very fresh produce. Very friendly and serviceminded staff. We are very happy to have chosen the best hotel.

.A nice hotel near the center of town. Parking is available. The breakfast had a large selection of items including eggs. I would stay here again. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Everything was very good - service at the reception was friendly and very helpful. Rom was comfortable and quite. Breakfast was OK, could improvisera some. Location was really good with nice restaurants and historical sight all around the corner. Hotel Parking garage functioned well. Only thing we really complain about was the WiFi. Din’t function at all in our room and was poor in other areas as well.

We arrived at the TRH Cuidad Baeza having had some very hectic city stays. On arrival, the receptionist was really helpful, providing a map and advice on where to visit Checkin was easy, including the parking of our car. The hotel is in a really tranquil setting, very close to amenities and attractions. We had two nights in calm surroundings - just what we needed to recharge our batteries!

Really good hotel, marvelous breakfast. Hotel central lots of restaurants nearby. Take the mini train to find your way around only 4.50. Hotel deceptively small from outside but huge inside. Large rooms, restaurant and courtyard impressive

We had a one night stay and were pleased with the hotel. There were lots of fruit for breakfast, which was a nice break for the usual ham and croissant affair you have in Spain.

Large, corporate hotel fits the 4 star category with generous spaces, large rooms, modern bathroom. Close to center of town, but on a relatively narrow side street. Has its own garage.

Too much external noise. Thin walls. Could hear snorer in next room and people talking outside.

The hotel is very well situated and the staff welcoming. There is a parking in the hotel, wich is a big plus. The only drawback is the noise, all the floors are in marble and you hear people walking. Ask for a room at the end of the corridor.

Matrasses too hard, really unconfortable. Rooms too small. Air conditioning in reception and bar areas, too weak, even for the few Spanish guests we met there. The best thing about this hotel is the personnel, wonderful personnel, dependable, likeable, extremely kind. I hope some day this hotel will deserve such wonderful personnel.

Very convenient for walking around all the historic sights of this small town, but very difficult to access by car, even with Google maps in hand, due to the one-way system in the narrow streets.
The breakfast buffet was good.
