The hotel is in the process of being renovated. Due to the renovations the halls might be a bit noisy during the day time work hours. Once our door was closed we were not able to hear the noise. Overall we had a great stay. Beds were very comfortable and room was very clean and quiet. We would stay here again.

The staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean. The hotel was under renovation, but the noise level was kept to a minimum. I stayed in a newly renovated room that was far enough away from the noise. The pool was closed due to renovation, but guests had the option to use the pool at a nearby hotel.

Nice Hotel but currently under some renovations. Rooms were nice, breakfast was offered was decent. Kid was a little bummed he could t use the pool the night we stayed. That being said we’ll be back next year when we pass through Front Royal

Excellent convenient location near to interstate and local attractions. Very clean hotel. Great comfort after eight hour drive. Near good restaurants. Good value. Nice breakfast.

The fire alarm went off at 1am, everyone emptied the hotel and learned the system malfunctioned. Ongoing construction on our floor rendered dirt, dust ( breathing issues) and early morning noise.

The staff was very friendly but what i completely hated was the chemicals they used to clean the room. The smell was overwhelming. We did have 2 dogs with us, so i don't know if they stuck us in a room that had dogs prior, but the smell of chemicals overtook you and it was hard to breath

We had a lovely stay at this property, and found the staff to be very polite and helpful. While the property is under renovation, we were out from 9am-5pm daily and didn’t hear any construction noise during our stay. The property is certainly older and needs the renovation. The pool is closed while they are renovating. The breakfast was quite nice with a variety of options. One note is that I’m not sure the heat was working properly because it was cold every night. Even though we had the heat on 76 the unit never seemed to turn on. The convenience to Shenandoah was great!

All of the rooms around us were under construction. The pool was closed the whole time we were there because of construction. Breakfast was not great. Although the servers were great at keeping it stocked well. We arrived on a Wednesday and I had to ask for housekeeping on late Friday afternoon as we were out of towels. Beds were super uncomfortable, like sleeping on a table. We usually live Hampton Inn and that’s why I chose this hotel, next time I go see my brother looks like I need to find somewhere else to stay.

We booked this specifically because it had an indoor pool listed. When we arrived, we discovered that the pool was closed for construction. This hotel costs more relative to other hotels in the area, probably because it is listed with a pool.

Currently under construction and would have been nice to know before I booked that the pool was closed. They did message to say so and that the front door was closed during the day but it was still a pain and I would have rather booked elsewhere since we chose this location because of the pool.
That being said, room was clean. Location was convenient to Shenandoah.
