The hotel is very nice. It has a great pool and hot tub. The check in staff was very friendly. I will say i called the day before to allow my friend to check in. I gave the person my credit card for all charges and incidentals. I was a little upset they still took my friends credit card information. Other places have not done that when i call and set up a check in for someone. The beds are extremely hard like sleeping on plywood and the hot water in the shower was kind of low temperature at certain times. Small details. Over all the hotel is updated, clean, and friendly. The quiche at breakfast was delicious

Honestly, this hotel was misrepresented. It was ok, but I was expecting a much nicer property based on the pictures, description and reviews.

I love this property. Its name is an Inn but it is as good and clean as hotels. Hot water was hot enough and the room was warm enough even though I didn't use the heater.
Even shampoo, conditioner and soap were good. Also, an excellent view. Highly recommend this inn. Much better than other common franchise inns or motels.

You have to tell them to service your room. We didn't, and came back to find the beds not made or the trash emptied. Not a knock, but would have liked to have known. They said it was in the confirmation.

Breakfast staff were very accommodating with a good attitude. Nice view of the harbor if room on back side. My room had a slight odor, possibly some leftover construction odors. Very attractive building and room.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and keep the hotel very clean. The breakfast was very good, with many items being home made. We also enjoyed the quiet location and sitting on the balcony of our room in the morning, enjoying coffee and a view of the water. We slept very well in the bed. We stayed here a couple of nights, but wish we could have stayed here our entire vacation.

It is more like a motel feel though the property is new and rooms with balconies are comfortable. Breakfast options in the morning included quiches (actually more like frittata). Outdoor pool was like by the road so not very inviting. Indoor pool was fine. The photos were a bit deceiving. Hotel was more like motel, but new. However just a lot of parking lots around building and nothing else nearby to walk to. Main town was not far.

An absolutely perfect stay! This is the best location in Bar Habor--a beautiful view of the Bay and a very short walk to all the dining and shopping that Bar Harbor offers. The inn was a beautiful old house--comfortable, clean, quiet. Breakfast was delicious. We will absolutely be back!

Excellent experience here. Mornings on our private patio overlooking the hillside and harbor were special. The rooms are lovely, with thoughtful touches, plenty of space (e.g. an actual closet, kitchenette, lots of USB ports around the room). Staff super helpful and cheerful. Wish I could live there! Easy access to downtown Belfast restaurants.

Gem of a hotel, located in Belfast. Great place to relax, take in the view of the bay, swim in their indoor or outdoor pool, and shopping and dining options not far either. Comfortable and clean rooms. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay so much. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The kids loved that there were two pools. The location almost couldn’t be beat. Belfast is such a quaint town that didn’t seem overly crowded with tourists. It’s also not too far away from bigger towns for a day trip.

Great location, excellent views on water side, very friendly and helpful staff. Nice walk to salt water beach, not much walking to commercial area but short drive to good shopping. Highly recommended.

Loved the service and the attention of the staff. No restaurant on site could be a bit inconvenient if you’re in the area for business and don’t want to drive out. Also, breakfast should be serve a bit earlier.

I’ve stayed here multiple times. The best rooms are Oceanside on the top floor. You can see into Belfast Harbor. Indoor/outdoor pools & spa, all well taken care of. Attentive staff. Very clean. The best thing is the free breakfast! All homemade pastries & egg dishes, the cinnamon rolls were delicious. It was easy to get to places in Belfast.

Complimentary breakfast that was very good! Best so far! Will be back when ever in the area again. Why look anywhere else when this one was so great.
