Fantastic stay in a great motel. Perfect location, clean, neat and comfortable. I have to come back for work this week and am staying here again!

There was never anyone at the front desk and it was hard getting ahold of anyone. It looks much nicer in pictures than in person. The lobby was nice but the restaurant was closed during our entire stay. The shower was super clean either and the shower head was falling off

Smallest hotel room we have stayed in, but clean, comfortable, and cozy. Very walkable in what I consider old town Jackson, WY. Only negative was no in room coffee

Nice place to stay downtown for the price. The room setup was odd. There was a door with the room number, but no lock or "Do Not Disturb" sign like the other rooms, that opened to two doors that did have key card locks. And for some reason, someone was telling people that it was the laundry room. This led to two instances of people barging into our room supposidly looking for a laundry room. As well as housekeeping trying to come in, because there wad no "Do Not Disturb" sign. I don't think we would stay here again.

We really enjoyed this place. Has cool vibes. Low key and was what we were looking for. Older but very nicely taken care of. Will be back for sure.

The good: excellent beds, clean and stylish room though small. Wonderful towels and high-end bath products.
Our chief complaint is lack of morning coffee. We understand that sometimes older hotels may not provide in-room coffee due to potential electrical issues. However at this price point, one would expect lobby coffee to at least be available 24/7 or at the very least by 6:00am for travelers who have early departure schedules. Lobby was still locked at 7:00 am when we left.

Wayyyyy too much money for a small motel room that doesn’t even have a coffee maker.
Beds are super uncomfortable.
Pay the extra 100 and skip this one.

Hotel was cute with a great staff but our room’s sink wouldn’t drain and the sheets were very uncomfortable and thin.

The floor in my hotel room needed replacement. It is an old wood floor that has delimited from the concrete below. There were areas with mounds and it creeked everywhere you walked

Don’t go if you can’t negotiate stairs. No coffee pot in room. No coffee in facility before 7 AM. We had to leave before then.
No microwave in room to heat leftovers. They did have a frig - not sure how that helped with no microwave. Beds were comfortable. Shower was nice as was decor. One block to Jackson dining and shopping. Hotel not staffed between 10 PM and 7 AM.

The parking is a huge problem. I parked on the street the first night and in the alley the second night. The stairs are a problem for us older folks.

Best thing about this property was the excellent proximity to the center of Jackson. However the rooms are WAY overpriced for their condition. Our room was very dark, almost dingy. There is no central air and the window A/C unit was hard to regulate and very noisy. We were on the 1st floor and so the need for privacy required lowering the window shade all the way, but this meant completely covering the airflow from the A/C unit. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. The staff was pleasant, no issues there. Would not plan to stay here for any future trips to Jackson, as the room was just too uncomfortable, dark and depressing.

This is a Wonderful hotel in a phenomenal location. My only issue not scoring it a 5 is because while my room had beautiful high ceilings, you could hear everything in the room above me.

No gel, no shampoo, very poor quality room, fridge not working and no parking for your car....too pricey for what it is.

Parking was terrible. We only had room service one day on our 3 day trip. It was incredibly loud at night, being on a corner and hearing the trucks go by all night made sleeping next to impossible. There is no microwave in the room, no coffee in the room, and I had to ask for fresh towels at the front desk daily. Two positives… the wool blankets and the shower was nice.

Great location. Friendly staff. Free coffee in the morning! Rooms are spacious and comfortable and we liked the room opening directly to the outside. Easy walking to downtown Jackson where the action is.

When I checked in they sent me to an ancillary property down an alley. The tiny space had a blanket on the bed with many large stains, no curtains on the bathroom window, no soap at the sink, no air conditioning, they tv didnt work. Moved me to a different room the next day, tv didn't work, etc. Staff at reception were disinterested and nonplused. You could tell that receiving complaints was something they dealt with on the reg. The hotel was road hard and hung up wet.$400/night.Horrible, never again, do not reccomend. Terrible experience.
