Very nice property. Friendly staff nice beach with umbrella towels and lounge chair. Very good beachside low key restaurant with good drinks and food. Property is associated with ocean club west which they provide a shuttle which puts You in walking distance to other restaurants and shopping. Two nice pools. Can’t say enough about the great staff. We had a one bedroom which had a fridge, microwave. Dishes. Also a washer dryer

We enjoyed staying at Ocean Club Resort. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. The room amenities were excellent. Our room even included a washer and dryer. The food at the onsite restaurant was delicious.

I truly enjoy my stay. The only negative things I would say about Ocean Club East are the food was not good, with the exception of the high end restaurant on the property that was excellent. The mosquitos are a killer on the property, I got bit so many times and had to buy bug repellent and apply daily. The staff were amazing, so kind and helpful and the hotel was clean and well kept, although it requires some updating. I loved the option of going between Ocean Club East and Ocean Club West and the free shuttle to get there. I spend most of my trip at West because the food was much better there than East. The hotel is on Grace beach and Grace beach is just amazing!!!!!! Like I can’t even put into words how beautiful and calm the water is in Turks and Caicos. Lounge chairs were always available at both locations. I was there the second week in August if that helps.

I loved that my room had a kitchenette and full fridge. My family was able to stock basic necessities in the fridge during our entire stay. My room was right next to the pool, which was really convenient. The beach was also a 5 minute walk from the room. I will definitely be returning to the Ocean Club Resort.

The resort was beautiful!! The staff were personable and all the meals were delicious. The rooms were spacious and clean. There was plenty of space for relaxing on the beach. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to travelers looking to enjoy a wonderful vacation.

Really enjoyed my stay and I can not wait to go back. Staff was extremely friendly, resort was beautiful and clean but my favorite part was the food. Absolutely amazing! Best resort food I’ve ever had and I’ve been to a few resorts! Don’t think twice; just book it!

Nice clean hotel in a beautiful location for Sunsets and a shuttle to a sister hotel by more shopping and nightlife. We enjoyed the free amenities of the kayaks and paddle boards. There was also a store and gift shop about a two minute walk from the lobby with about everything you would need to use in your in room kitchen. Fantastic beach with plenty of chairs/umbrellas and two great restaurants. The Flamingo restaurant next store also had shops. We will go back.

Michael, Tanisha, Danny, and a gentleman whose name I forgot. He generally had his dreads tied up, made the Cabana club a fun experience. They gave the Ocean club personality and were very informative. I'd come back for that crew alone. The beach in the backyard is also a huge draw. Thank you for making our trip one to remember. We'll see you again!

This was our first time visiting Turks and Caicos and we stayed in this resort. The apartment was in excellent conditions and the area of the beach was amazing. We would definitely stay in this resort if we get to visit Turks and Caicos again.

We loved the 2 bedroom Condo we stayed in at Ocean Club. It was spacious, clean and updated.
The grounds on the property were well kept and beautiful. The beach was magnificent and the staff were friendly.

We stayed at Ocean Club Resort East. Our experience was wonderful. We had the junior suite, garden view and our room overlooked the pool (rm 9307).The property was really quiet day and night. The room was stylish, cozy and CLEAN. Staff was helpful and polite. We will be back. Loved our stay!!!

Room was very spacious and nice for a family of 4. Loved that we had a kitchen and could make our own food with how overpriced the food is on the island. Beach was beautiful and staff was friendly and helpful at the hotel!

Everyone at OCE are amazingly helpful and courteous in everyway. Grounds are kept well and the restaurants on premises are top notch. This is undoubtedly my husband and I favorite place.

Ocean front rooms large and beautifully renovated Large outdoor area with beautiful views. Good and service was excellent. Entrance to resort needs updating for better curb appeal. The entrance can turn people off to the property.

The 2 bedroom beachfront condo was beautiful, clean and updated. Air conditioner worked really well. The balcony and view spectacular. Food at the Cabana was delicious. Pool and beach clean and conveniently located. Lobby was dated.

The room assigned was fantastic. However, the reception area and pools could be improved. Staff of rht most part was a bit rude and never smiled. Only a couple of people in the staff were in a good mood and helpful. I have to say that taxi drivers in TC need to improve their manners and be more welcoming to visitors. Also, the airport experience was terrible, pure chaos everywhere. Not at all what we expected. As a final comment, for the rate we paid the hotel should have at least included a continental breakfast.

Loved staying at this property. The location was great, food was excellent, and the staff were very nice and friendly!! The only "complaints" that i have was the bathroom didn't have enough counter space and there was no door for the shower and water would get everywhere. But i highly recommend this property! and we will be back!!
