The room was freezing when we arrived. AC at 59 degrees and no comforter or blanket, just a sheet and a very light top throw lol. Three of us (2 queen beds) and only 2 bath towels, no hand towels or washcloths at all. Pillows very uncomfortable, bed so-so. Been in worse, but it was a little disappointing. To flush the toilet you had to hold the handle down until it was completely done, rather inconvenient .Desk clerk was awesome. No breakfast anymore, just coffee and water. A few other small issues. It was a $60 room not a $115 room .

We couldn't stay at the Travelodge. We reserved a non-smoking room and it stank like cigarettes, plus, we were told on arrival that they will not be serving breakfast despite the online advertisement that breakfast was included with the room. We had to go find a decent room in the town after midnight and an hour drive from the airport.

The price was the only good thing. The breakfast advertised was cancelled the day before we arrived. An effort had been made to clean it, but there were stains and a hole in the sheets, the towels were stained, the carpet was disgusting, the furniture was damaged. The 1 staff person on was friendly.

This place was stinky , unclean place with very tiny rooms. Toilet seat AC everything was broken. Foul smell came from rooms

Worst ever seen hotel

Carpet in my room was so dirty it made my socks black every night. The "Continental breakfast"was scrambled eggs, sausage, and tortillas. Would not recommend, just dirty in general.

Room smelled terrible and musty. No towels, when we asked for more they said there's a shortage. No amenities. Barely a breakfast, apples and scrambled eggs. The floor was truly disgusting you needed to leave your shoes on. They said we could aw at another hotel across the parking lot.

We checked in to the hotel and were excited about having 3 queen beds do accommodate us. Unfortunately when we got to our room, the bedding was stained, curtains half hanging off the windows, the whole carpet in the room was wet, we couldn’t walk around with socks because they’d get wet. We went into the bathroom and there weren’t washrags, soap for the shower, tissues and there was only 1 small bottle of shampoo and hair conditioner for 1 persons use, but the room was for 6 people. There is no cleaning service unless requested so we had to go to the front desk to get these items and were given wash rags that were dirty looking or stained. I ended up going to the store and purchasing our own items to use. I gave the staff notice about all of these issues so they can make sure it doesn’t happen to anyone else. We stayed 3 nights and as the days progressed, the room started snelling like mold. There was no extractor fan in the bathroom so the ceiling was rusted and had mildew. I wouldn’t stay in this location again.

Comforter was stained. We asked for a new one and when it arrived it had several holes in it. Bathroom light missing, tissue holder broken, and shelf was stained.

Had to go to the front desk to reactivate the key card each time we returned to our room. Huge inconvenience while carrying items and multiple small children with you.

It's an old building that shows it's age

Overall, it was okay. The room seemed to be clean, but there was a musty smell when you came into the room. The furniture has seen better days for sure. The room didn't have a coffee maker or a hair dryer, but we've seen a few in a utility closet in the hallway, so I assume that if we wanted/needed one, we could have asked for it. We only had 3 towels in the room; 2 large and one medium. I assume that we could have asked for more if we needed, but it would have been nice to have at least another small one and a couple of wash towels. The windows didn't block the outside noise, but they did have blackout curtains. The bathroom was clean, but it was old and stained. We didn't eat breakfast, so I can't comment on that, but they did have coffee available 24/7 in the lobby. There is no elevator on this property, so get ready to use the stairs if you get a room on the 2nd or 3rd floor. Check-in is precisely at 3 pm and not a moment sooner. We arrived at 2, and they said they couldn't check us in because they were fully booked and none of the king-sized rooms were ready. We didn't fuss because we went to grab something to eat, but really, none of them?? The location was good overall, and our stay was pleasant regardless, but for the price of this room, I would have expected a better mattress and overall an updated room.

Reserved a room for 3 people. Bathroom had only 2 towels, no wash cloths , no hand towels and a 1/4 roll of toilet paper. The beds had no bedspreads just sheets that were stained with what i don't know. there was no ice bucket in the room or on the premises according to the woman at the front desk. Breakfast buffet was lacking, only had instant oatmeal, scrambled eggs, tortillas, cheese. No breads at all but they did have peanut butter and jelly.

The staff was great and super helpful. The conditions of the building were pretty run down.

I would rate this one star, but the staff was truly wonderful. The room and hotel itself were among the dirtiest I’ve ever been in. My wife and I couldn’t sleep because we honestly were concerned the entire time about bed bugs. There was food under the bed, it was never cleaned as far as we could tell. All that being said, the staff was phenomenal and nice. Went out of their way to help when I had a family emergency and had to leave a day early. Genuinely great staff, but I’d avoid this hotel.

Our room smelled absolutely horrible!

My tv didnt work. The mini fridge didn't stay cold. The room was a mess and i couldn't get staff to help me when my key wouldn't work daily.

Nice experience overall

They do not provide ice buckets and my room did not have any glasses or cups in the bathroom. The front desk clerk gave me a trash can liner to put ice in to take to my room. Also there was no phone in the room so a wakeup call could be received in the morning. The breakfast was awful. The eggs were made from powder, the sausage was cold, no milk for the cereal, no waffles, and the whole thing sucked. I would NEVER recommend this hotel. You get just what you paid for!

The box springs were broken, there was old food left in the fridge, the room smelled horrible, the toilet seat wasn’t even the right size for the toilet, there was mold on the pictures

To expensive hotel for the experience/quality. Breakfast to simple with almost no options except coffee.

Place was not clean, smelled musky and gross. Definitely did not feel safe. Lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful! But will not stay here again, as it was not a pleasant place to sleep.

Very small room for a 3 member stay

Our family booked (4) hotel rooms. (1) room had no toilet paper, waste paper basket, wash clothes or hand towels. Plus this room had a terrible smell when we walked in the room. The next room had dried urine on the toilet seat and again a terrible smell in the room. This room also had blood spatter on the wall. The next room was so bad of a smell and the pillows had stains on them - that my daughter in law asked to switch rooms to something that was in better condition. Our final room was our daughter’s room and she said it was not that clean either, but said she would live with it. The clerk was nice and tried to be responsive which was helpful, but the property management and cleaning service should highly put on notice that our stay of 4 rooms was not acceptable. To be honest, if we had a 50% discount on these rooms - we still paid too much for our nights stay. Sorry but that is the truth of our experience.
