Fantastic. Great hotel, friendly staff, impressive building. Great value. Indoor and outdoor pools, small gym, spa, mini golf. On the beach. Restaurant great choice and value. New 1st choice for the area. Thank you!

We liked the hotel - what we didn’t like was advertising for a indoor Swimmingpool- with 4 people in there it is not possible to swim and we had to pay extra for this privilege , and restricted to 30 min.!

Having in mind that is a 3 stars hotel and not a 4 stars hotel, the stay was ok. The food is absolutely terrible and worth for a 1-star hotel. How is it possible for a "supposedly 4 stars hotel to serve that kind of food??? It's mind blowing.
During the meals, the guests tend to get aggressive towards one another to get the food, since it is a buffet style.
On the picture bellow you can see how breakfast looks like.
On a positive note, the location in amazing.

The hotel was very clean and well presented. The pool is a lovely bonus and staying in June was also a bonus as the hotel was busy but not hectic. The staff were friendly and our check in went smoothly. The breakfast had plenty of choice but that was when it could be quite busy and it was not the best breakfast we had experienced whilst travelling around Spain but it was adequate. The area has a really lovely beach and walkway along it with plenty of cafes and restaurants.

The location was great and the views of the beach from balcony amazing.
The bathroom has been renovated but the bed was uncomfortable and towels too small.

The Hotel Puertobahia is great hotel to spend a few days relaxing. The amenities are wonderful and the rooms comfortable. Buffet breakfast had a good selection of items at a reasonable price. The only negative comment I will make is that the reception area seems to have a lot of staff standing chatting with each while the guest line up gets longer.

Really nice and clean hotel on the calm side of El puerto de Santa Maria.
Perfect location, friendly staff and clean and spacious rooms!

There are many different activities available for you in this hotel.
The pool is huge and there is plenty of space for sunchairs and sunbathing. If we come back to El puerto de Santa Maria we will definitely stay again at this location!

Outdated hotel that needs to be brought into the 21st century. Everything just looks and is outdated.
The room and especially the bathroom smelled like a hospital or retirement home (no offense).
The television had a lot of interference and a lot of channels (even Spanish) were unavailable. Positive was that it was promptly fixed when we called the front desk.
As for general maintenance, we noticed that the smoke alarm on the ceiling in the room was covered with a plastic bag, which is a major safety hazard. We reported it to the front desk and hope for future guests that it has been repaired meanwhile.

Perfect choice for our vacation. Even with hard winds at the beach, we enjoyed the weather at the calm pool. Helpfull and very polite personal and service makes it best place to be. Thank you so much.

AC didn’t work all night . We opened the balcony and the loud noises wouldnt let us have a nice sleep. We told the front desk but i don’t think they care it is a Beach front property, 5€ parking your car at the hotel. They have Amazing restaurants around and a mini golf for little kids .

The Hotel is in a great location. The staff is friendly. The hotrel is very clean.

Checkin was a disaster. It took close to an hour. The pictures of the room far from what is seen in the website. Rooms are very small and has a third bed stored in the wall that really occupies space. The only nice was the breakfast. We try to cancel the second night and was not possible due to EXPEDIA "rules" We prefer to move anyway so we checked out after the first night.

Simply wonderful place, stunning views from the balcony, Excellent shower room and great Aircon. We travel for multi holidays each year and this is one of the best holidays and venues we have had for years. Prefect position for the Promenade and the superb beach. We will most definitely be back to this most wonderful venue. If you want a relaxing beach holiday, look no further.

Well located close to the beach. The first room they gave us smelled like smoke and had twin beds, so we asked for a change and they accomodated us.

Nice hotel. In very good condition. Beside the beach. Strongly recommended. Please note that a lot of rooms are facing due north. The south and sea view rooms are better.

What a surprise! Beautifully refurbished hotel, with grand marble reception area, lounge and bar. Large airconditioned rooms with small balcony overlooking the bay. Very large restaurant buffet, with an excellent choice of good quality food and drink, at both dinner and breakfast, which surpassed the 4 star hotel of our previous night, by far. Free car park and WiFi. Friendly, helpful staff, but little English.

The property is really nice. A great resort. The 3-person room was tiny. The "ocean-view" we had was not a reality. If you stretched from the balcony you could see the edge of the water. Good for the price overall. I would stay here again as a couple but never do the 3 person room again.
