Great stay on a budget, room had lots of space, would be great for extended stay

They had a $100 deposit that I wasn't aware of and I feel it should be in the booking information.

The only good thing about this hotel was that they allowed dogs. Every thing is old ugly and stained. We got a non smoking room with cigarette burns every where. The bathroom ceiling was about to fall on someone's head in the shower! Gross, gross!

I regret deciding to stay here. Beyond sketchy guys in the parking lot, overall cleanliness was very poor. It has been a long time since the room had gotten a deep cleaning. The heater didn't work, we couldn't figure out how to make the tv work, there was a mirror or picture that had been taken off the wall, and there were conwebs and dirt no one had bothered to clean off. Breakfast was the bare minimum. Also, I booked a room with 2 twins and 2 queen beds, which wasn't available, so we just had 2 queen beds then they sent up a roll-away bed.

Great service at check in. Large room, older, but everything was functional. Had fridge and microwave. Breakfast only had oatmeal and granola bars. Coffee and hot chocolate for beverages. Fair price.

First time driving to the USA, hotel tried saying they were double booked and we telling us we had to be out in the morning, with nowhere to go. Spoke to the manager in the morning and she stayed she fixed the problem then good stay. She was nice.
There are many sketchy people living in this hotel we believe.
Rooms are not very noise proof and the air conditioning units are extremely loud.
We didn't spend much time in the room, we were glad we just had somewhere to stay during the duration of time in the USA.

By far one of my favorite inn experiences- uniquely its own place in the best way! Customer service was amazing, and it was a refreshing experience after having stayed in multiple motel 6’s. Forever glad I took the risk on a new place! 10/10 would recommend if you’re visiting Spokane.

Sticky carpet, noisy AC, smelly tub, smelly hallway, microwave partially melted, bed falling apart, non-working cable box. This is a hotel for long-term people who get an extended stay discount and need a short-term place to live. Not for travelers passing through, unless it’s your only option.

Old place. Tough for seniors to get around. No real breakfast. Refrigerator in room leaked water on floor and we had to put down a rubber mat to walk on. Ok for one night but won’t be back.

Numerous homeless people frequent the area. Many residents appear to be one step away from this situation. The staff take advantage of this opportunity. Their took my deposit.

It has changed since we were there last. Freezer was full of built up ice. Cant watch the small tv that is not even inline with the bed. Fairly clean for the price. Probably will stay somewhere else and pay more

Moved to 3 rooms first smelled like piss 2nd not a worki g t.v and by the time we made it to the 3rd room it was noisy.. i did not stay at the hotel and left shortly after getting the 3rd room. Would not recommend staying here to anyone. Oh the sheets were dirty found blood on the first rooms sheets

Front desck really provided best customer service , but my room was under the stairs and couldn’t sleep with all noises coming from the stairs . Other then this was good stay

Horrible place - scouters around each entrance, prostitutes, everyone drinking alcohol!
As for the room - NO AC like they have on their site. Also, beds with filthy along with staining throughout bedding and bed. Sink wouldn’t stop running.
Definitely not worth the room rate! I would not allow my family to stay there and wouldn’t want anyone else staying there either.

Nice 2 room suite with kitchen and pullout bed in living room, great for 6. The staff were friendly but very busy and unable to deliver an extra cot or extra blankets/comforters.

My stay it self wasn't bad, but the room service was non existence. We have leave the trash for our entire stay, towels where not changed, bedding and so on. Git so mad

The 1st room I wouldn't rate a 3. the air-condition didn't work. It looked a little low class when I drove in.-raunchy the 2nd room was really nice quiet I really felt comfortable in.it

Booked Ada room and when we arrived found out the room was upstairs and no elevator. Pretty worn out place but the room was clean and they are trying to update the place

The first room was terrible. It smelled of smoke and perfume. The wall outlet plate was broken and unsafe. Light bulbs next to bed and in the bathroom were burned out.
They gave me a second room that didn't smell of smoke. Lighting was very poor and the toilet plugged. I recommend not staying at the Apple Tree Inn

It’s , older building, to much traffic , the room smoked bad , the water smelled like old pipes .

It said they had a pool but you couldn't get in and it was severely filthy you can see through the fence. Also it said that it came with TV. Unfortunately we couldn't get the TV to work. There was one hand towel and that was it for towels in the bathroom. Other than that it was a place to stay and not be on the streets.

Location is very convenient. STAFF / FRONT DESK were very friendly and helpful. Property has appeared to have transited to more of long term housing and room not as clean as previous stays.

This facility is pretty basic and average as most properties go however, the staff that works here are great! Very friendly, very helpful the type you would normally find in a much higher and facility. These people really made my brief stay great!

The room we had was a smoking room although we do not smoke. You can definitely smell it in the room. The room itself was adequate as it was just an overnight stay.
