We love this hotel. It’s a little bit dated, but not too bad. It’s very comfortable, roomy, quiet, and clean. If you don’t need to stay downtown, this is a great alternative

Not so good. The staff was excellent. The location was great. The room was way overpriced. We paid much less for the same type of room in the same hotel at the same time of year. Seems like they’re not upgrading just trying to rake in the dough as people are traveling more.
The bedding was very uncomfortable including sheets, blanket and pillows. The mattresses were so sunken and lumpy my back hurt in places it hasn't before! The microwave didn’t work and the air system didn’t function properly. The shower had the controls on the back wall. You had to get in the shower to turn on and of course you were blasted with cold water right away. Can’t comment on the restaurant as we did not eat there.

This was a nice night however, i asked for the romantic package and when we arrived they told me i didnt confirm with them. This was disappointing because i called to ask for the package 4 weeks in advance and someone just didnt do their job.

Everything was nice although a pond trying to take a shower it took forever for the water to get hot at least 15 - 20 minutes. Room was very comfortable, quiet and enjoyable.

The front desk lady Savannah was extremely nice and helpful.you need more people like her at the front desk. Property is well kept i stay here each time i come into west ashley..everything is nice here but please change the mattress in 222 it had to many humps but overall i love the hotel

We went to the Charleston area to see my son who's in the Navy and stationed there.. the room was clean and spacious. The beds were quite comfortable. The staff was friendly. I was able to get an early check in with no issues, and I loved the noon checkout... We didn't eat at the hotel because we were never able to find it open.. likely due to the holiday weekend or just bad timing on our part, however there are plenty of options in the area.( We would love to see the bar open later in the evening) Toast and Ruby Sunshine are great breakfast options. The close proximity to Charleston made it super easy to explore the downtown area.
I will definitely stay at this hotel on my next trip up. I hope this helps..

Very clean, very nice place to stay. Will be our repeat hotel of choice for this area. Pool was nice. Rooms were luxurious.

The property, room, pool, exercise room, laundry room and restaurant were very good. It would have been better if there was one more pillow that was a bit softer. The shower was nice and large but floor pan was slippery.
We requested a late checkout because our dog was at the Veterinary Specialty clinic having major surgery for 2 pm when he was to be released. They agreed. We bought a $38.00 Steak Kabob the evening before for our large dog who had the surgery. He had not eaten anything in over 24 hours and wanted him to have a good healthy meal rather than just dry dog food. We went to eat lunch out and came back to the room at 12: 30 and they had cleaned our room emptying the refrigerator and threw out the Steak Kabob for our dog plus our drinks.

It was easy to get to the heart of Charleston and the dining options werent to far whenever we decided to eat around the hotel and not in the city

This was a very comfortable stay! The restaurant had everything I needed, especially during a tropical storm. The staff is super friendly and helpful. My room was a good size and and really comfortable, everything was clean and in good shape. Good coffee in the in-room keurig. Excellent value and amazingly convenient to the airport and downtown. I’d stay there again!

We were expecting slightly better area and slightly better hotel. The name has inn ans suite in it. But it is not, It is more like a motel.
The area is dull. Not much around the area.
The staff are not very welcoming.

I Always stay there often when I come to Charleston. Big beds clean comfortable and Bruce and his coworkers are the best.

Everything was wonderful. The night check in person was wonderful and so was the morning desk person. The only problem that I had was with the housekeeper that kept knocking on my door at ( until I got up)9 am to ask me when I was checking out. Remember that check out time is noon. So why come 3 hours before wake me up to ask when I am leaving?

Our stay was really nice. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. It is only a rew minutes away from touring areas. My only complaint is breakfast should not be $25, its not worth that much at all. But there are some wonderful diners kear by. Toast diner is right beside it, food is great. Metro diner is a few minutes away and food is also great there.

I’ve been visiting Town and Country Inn on a yearly basis for 4-5 years. My husband is from this area and our hotel choice is always this hotel. The only issue I have is, it not being a pet friendly, but it’s ok because the cleanliness of the hotel is always exceptional,(I have OCD when it comes to cleanliness). You feel safe on the property with the amount of security features with in and surrounding area. I like to jog around the facility so security is important to us. The swimming pool area is nice. You can’t enjoy vacation without a dip in the pool❤️ We’ve only eaten breakfast at the hotel on site and they have a great selection for breakfast.

My room was very clean and nice. But needs maintenance which I will report. AC leaks. Non working bathroom fan.
No one mentioned a breakfast. Seems as though they have a restaurant with buffet but no papers or sharing of information at checkin or in room. when asked, Not free or discounted for guests.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff is helpful, professional, and kind. The room are very clean and well maintained. I have stayed twice and enjoyed it both times.

This is one of the most comfortable hotels in the greater Charleston area. The rooms are large and clean, well decorated and very comfortable. The comfort of this establishment is well worth the 10 minute drive to the historic district where the hotels are two and three times the cost. Trotters, their restaurant is lovely with good old fashioned lowcountry cooking. Anything that has chicken in the title will blow you away.
