The stay would have been much better if things were more handicapped accessible. Raised toilets, grab bars, roll in shower with attached bench to wall. Wider doorways.

Nice hotel but we were in the basement rooms and it was extremely hot. Did have 2 fans but the window was too high and did not open.

Had a good stay. The breakfast was really good.. other reviews mentioned it not being great but for a free/ included breakfast i was actually expecting there to be less options.. i was surprised! It would be a cool option to have the breakfast starting maybe at 5am instead of 6am for the really early risers like myself. And i only was able to try out the hot tub 1 time due to time constraints, which unfortunately the temperature was only warm so that was a bummer. I didn't care that its in the basement. Otherwise staff were very friendly and helpful! Thank you so much! If i ever need to stay in Cochrane again this will be my 1st selection.

Booked for a memorial in Cochrane. Smallest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Entered our room into a narrow 15’ hallway that opened up into a room that had about 2 feet on either side of a double bed. There was a desk at the end of the bed but couldn’t pull the chair out all the way to sit down. The end wall had obvious plaster repairs where holes had been knocked in the gyproc. This was an end room on the main floor and much of the space was taken up by the stairwell to the upper floors. $250 dollars - same price as the other full size rooms. It was like staying in a closet. AC was right by the pillow and had 1 setting - high. Next time will stay across the street in the Ramada.

During our stay the staff was so nice and helpful. The fresh baked cookies and fruit in the lobby was great. The room was a good size. They even provide water and snacks free of charge in our room.
It was very quiet in our room and after a days travel, it was nice to walk to a restaurant for dinner.

I was in the lowest level. Next time I would request the main floor, as my hips didn't like the stairs.
Plus the smell of the chlorine from the hot tb area was extremely strong. When I mentioned it to the staff at the desk, they did close the door to the area

This hotel was ok, not amazing. We had a basement level room, which was a first for me. ( and NO Elevator to go down to the basement) And there was no AC. Stayed at the end of July-- so it was HOT! The room itself was dated, and my family thought it smelled like it had been a smoking room.. and maybe kind of moldy. There was a hot tub down the hall, which the kids enjoyed. The bathroom had a step up to get into it and was super small. Only one person would be able to fit in it. And there was no counter space at all. (only a pedestal sink) The showers did have nice Dove products. Glad we only had to stay here one night.

Heather at the front desk is great! So friendly and helpful. I made a mistake on our reservation dates, but Heather helped out and was able to accommodate us for one more night in our same room (we were going to have to change rooms in order to stay another night). Thanks for your help Heather!!!

It was ok but maybe better options for breakfast! Take a look what Hotels in the USA offer! Cold cereal frozen egg McMuffins and a few pastries doesn’t cut it!

We were a party of 6 for this trip and this place was none other than perfect. They even had breakfast for us in the am. Coffee was good as well. Very clean and comfortable. Would recommend.
