I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. The shuttle service is great and if it doesn’t fit your schedule the local buss stops right outside the hotel gates. I’m definitely staying here again

Lovely hotel overlooking Sorrento. Village just a 5 min walk away with lots of restaurants etc. Pool area was beautiful and relaxing. Breakfast was superb.

Beautiful pool againt the most stunning background. Good continental breakfast options. The shuttle service is a fantastic plusnpoint as cabs would be quiet expensive. If you need to go into Sorrento at a time oitside of the schedule then the local bus stops right outside the hotel gates and tickets can be purchased at reception for a couple of €'s.

The hotel was great up in the mountain. Fantastic view to the Gulf of Naples, nice infinity pool. Easy acces to Sorrento with hotel shuttle or local bus.

The property has an easy access since the area has so many narrow streets and stairways. The hotel is located conveniently and the views are to die for. I highly recommend it.

The hotel is gorgeous and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel was the perfect addition to our trip. The hotel had amazing loungers by the pool and a gorgeous bar to mix great drinks. Massa Lubrense was right around the corner with great dining options.

Great view, great pool, excellent staff. Room was beautiful. Breakfast was fine. Shuttle bus is good option. Staff has many excellent excursions, from tours that will pick you up and drop you at the hotel. Erika and Ornella were especially helpful!

Absolutely stunning hotel! The view is absolutely gorgeous and it gives the local Italian vibes. We absolutely loved our stay.

Loved it!

We loved the pool area and location of the hotel. However, it is NOT a 4 star hotel. The rooms are tiny, the beds are too short for a 6 ft man, they only give you one pool towel for your entire stay—you have to call room service to pick-up your wet towel and receive a new dry one. There are no towels at the pool and nowhere at the pool to get a new dry towel. The pool chairs are hard as a rock and greatly in need of cushions. There is no water or anything to drink in the hotel reception area. The craziest thing is the shuttle service offered by the hotel does not run between 12:30 and 5PM, so if you want to go to lunch in Sorrento you’re on your own—you can either try to take a public bus or $60 taxi. The place is also in need of a physical facelift and upgraded amenities—not sure how it is rated a 4 star, we travel frequently for both business and pleasure, by our standards this hotel is barely a 3 star. On a positive note, the staff is lovely and tries their best to be helpful and accommodating. We would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel was situated 20 minutes from Sorrento. There is a shuttle that takes you back and forth from town. There is a small town not too far but not easy to walk there since there are no sidewalks. The hotel was in good shape with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Napoli and the mountains. There is an infinity pool. They served a very nice breakfast with lots of options.

You can’t beat the view from the hotel. They do have a shuttle to get to Sorrento but you are on their time line. If you want to be in the mix and to be able to walk to restaurants and shops this is not the place for you. The property is maintained well and the staff were very helpful! Cleanliness was excellent and staff was excellent! If want an Amazing view and quietness then I highly recommend this hotel!!

We LOVED our stay at Grand Hotel Due Golfi! We wanted a quiet hotel away from the noise of the city center but with easy access. The complimentary shuttle into Sorrento was so convenient. Both drivers were great. Our view was of the entire coastline and sea from Naples, Mt. Vesuvius around to Sorrento Bay and Capri. The view from the restaurant, pool area and our room were spectacular! The complimentary breakfast buffet was impressive and fresh every morning. Rosella was particularly sweet and brought my husband a candle lighted dessert and led the whole restaurant in singing happy birthday. We enjoyed lunch and dinner in the hotel restaurant as well. Very good food and reasonable price. We particularly enjoyed relaxing in the pool area in the mornings before going into Sorrento and our private balcony every evening. The best part was the incredible service. Everyone was extremely kind, attentive and helpful. Erika and Nello at the front desk were amazing! They helped us arrange transportation several times for our excursions. Arranged for breakfast to go and our taxi, one very early morning for a day trip. I lost a small coin purse at a restaurant in town on our last night. I wanted to take the late hotel shuttle back into town but instead, Nello called the restaurant for me and arranged someone to bring it to the hotel that night, as we were leaving in the morning. I apologized for the inconvenience but he called it a small favor. We will definitely return!

We went for a 4night break and we were so thankful we booked this hotel. The levels of service by all the exceptionally friendly staff was superb. From receptionist to house keeping, everyone had a smile and a hello for us. The hotel was much more modern than we anticipated, which was a very pleasant surprise. The food and drinks in the hotel were fantastic and great value for money. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean. The standout feature of the hotel is the pool area. A great sized infinity pool with one of the most fabulous views across the bay of Naples! Simply stunning! Lots of sunbeds and umbrellas, which the staff continually got ready as more guests filtered into the area. The free shuttle bus from the hotel to Sorrento and back is great. You can get the public bus, but the shuttle is much more convenient and drops you off next to the old, bustling section of the town. I cant praise this hotel enough, we will be returning, shortly!

Room too small

The property was very nice. There were not enough sunbeds with shade available. The staff were not very friendly compared to other hotels we have stayed at in the area.

This is our 2nd visit to this hotel,it has a fantastic panoramic view of Sorrento.The food and staff are excellent,there is a shuttle service which takes you to Sorrento and back all day,there is also plenty of parking for your car.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Great view and friendly staff. The landscaping is very nice and maintained. The only downside is that you need to drive through narrow curvy streets in the mountain to get to sorrento (15-20mins) or other coastal cities

We spent 4 nights at the Grand Hotel Due Golfi and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is nicely kept up with very nice ammenities. The hotel staff is excellent, friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The only drawback with the hotel is that the location is not walkable to Sorrento (but they do provide free shuttle service multiple times a day - so as long as your schedule fits with the shuttle all is good) or restaurants.

We stayed here for 5 nights. The staff was unbelievably gracious and helpful. They offered to go above and beyond again and again. The food was much better than I had even hoped for. The grounds and rooms are immaculate. We visited Sorrento daily thanks to their free shuttle service but we were always happy to return “home” to the Due Golfi.

The property itself has amazing views, beautiful flowers, wonderful breakfasts, and charming decorated tiles in many areas. There is also a very useful shuttle. However, the very best thing about this hotel is the staff. They are all superb-friendly, helpful, knowledgeable . Went above and beyond. I wish Amelia worked the front desk in every hotel I stay in.

The hotel is about 10 minutes by car from Sorrento, the hotel provides free transportation shuttle bus, make sure you make a reservation other wise the driver won't take you. Free breakfast, swimming pool, and nice view. The town is about 10 minutes on foot. Great place.

Nice place, clean, kindly staff.

Our Room was very Noisy due to the sound of some mechanical machines motors below our room and Hummm noise kept us awake and that sound is not pleasant when you try to sleep. Not at all good experience. Driving around will be hectic.

This hotel is absolutely amazing! The staff was super friendly and went above and beyond with everything. The shuttle bus service is very convenient and the views from the room at surreal! Will definitely return if given the opportunity
