Always a comfortable convenient place to stay!

Price was reasonable for being right on the main drag with a spectacular view! Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and so was our room. Decent size room, very comfortable beds, nice hot shower. Restaurant attached to the bar has friendly bartendars and the french onion soup was delicious!

clean and centrally located with plenty of dining and shopping options. No on-site parking but parking provided in nearby public parking lot or available street parking.

Two choices for dining. Comfy bed. Was.expecting to park our car at the Inn but no parking onsite. Ended up parking 2 blocks away and didnt feel right leaving the car overnight althougn untouched when we returned the next morning.

The parking spots are limited and narrow.

Very conveniently located, clean and good for overnight stay but not for longer as there is not even a microwave to warm food. Solely dependent on nearby restaurants which offer good options but quite expensive. Cassios restaurant is very good with warm and nice staff and delicious options though on the expensive end.

It was nice being able to walk all around downtown from the hotel. Convenient and fun!

The frontdesk lady made a mistake - confused us with another guest. When we check-in, she kept asking to show credit card when reservation made, we tried to explain that this stay is prepaid and we do not know about the credit card she was referring to. She asked us to tap our card for the amount did not match our stay, then she noticed she checked in another guest as us. As a hotel professional, she SHOULD realize this mistake earlier. The

Likes: clean, view, close to amenities. Dislikes: train traffic and road noise. Dirty windows. No parking at hotel and must park 2 blocks away from it. Staff demanding picture of licence plate and saying people don't know own licence plate.

Couple of things…… for parking I had to walk to the public parking area which is paid by the hotel. Room does not have microwave. But overall I really liked it.

The hotel was fabulous. We utilized the hot tub on the roof. It was very nice. We ate at the pub restaurant which was ok. It was very cozy, the staff was very friendly.

I love whistler's inn... looking from the outside, we thought our stay would be bad but it was the opposite...we loved the cleanliness, the comfy bed and pillows. Check-in was fast and smooth with the nice guy in the front desk. Will definitely recommend.

Old guy working at the hotel is rude dont know his name but worked night shift on front desk june 07. Our thermostat and ac was not working he told us to keep the door and window open to let the air through instead of giving us better solution like having someone to come take a look at the AC, Thermostat or move us to a room that is not this hot. It was really hot in the room we were sweating all night. Very horrible experience just because of that one guy, rest of the staff is good

Whistlers inn has a great location and very friendly staff. Overall an excellent experience. It added to our enjoyment of Jasper.

The whole building is beautiful and was nice to see so much art on the walls.
One problem - toilets are too close to the floor. Some Elderly folks like me, have a hard time getting off the toilet without a bar or something to grab.

We liked the history of this Inn. A included breakfast with coffee would have been nice.

Great hotel to stay in Jasper, quick walk to most of the restaurants and visitor center. The hotel also has a great pub, with pool tables and excellent fish & chips, if you care for one. All the hikes and lakes are about 30mins drive.
