Wonderful staff. Meticulously clean rooms. Food was also very good.

My only complaint is that they only gave you one bottle of complimentary water - you had to buy bottles at the bar if you wanted more. BUT it was a beautiful hotel, the staff was lovely, and everything was super clean!

Overall very nice hotel.. the food at the restsurant is vey good. Breakfast buffet is excellent. The employees always have a smile and are very pleasant and helpful.The taxi service at the hotel is excellent, especially Victor. Will stay at the hotel again. Location is very convenient.

The stay was ok, the only thing that matters is the loud noise and sounds of the traffic outside.

We arrived early because I had an eye operation. It was no problem they got us into the room quick. And right next to the restaurant which helped me a lot.

I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the first room I was checked into. After being shown multiple different rooms I was offered the option to upgrade on my 2nd and 3rd night. I was told by “Ana” that I would be refunded by Expedia for those two nights and I would pay with my credit card for the upgraded room. Here I am a week later and Expedia informed me I have no pending refunds.
The staff was nice especially the lobby attendants. Service in the restaurant was good too. Now to figure out the 2 night refund that Ana assured me would be completed.

This is my favorite hotel in Santiago. Its staff is amazing. They treat you like their part of your family! The breakfast is included and is well above average. It also has a manned parking lot for your vehicles safety included with your stay. I highly recommend the Hodelpa Centro Plaza Hotel!
