Very confortable and cleen rooms Will definetly came back again

This stay was a disaster and disappointment. We had reserved a double queen with roll-in shower. Upon arrival the general manager checked us in but was unsure about the shower which had been guaranteed! He checked the room and advised us the automated blinds didn’t work which was certainly not a problem. We moved into the room only to find there was no phone, no TV remote, no water at the bathroom sink and no drain. There also were bare exposed wires in the room. As this was an ADA room we found no grab bars near the toilet. We were then shown a replacement room which had a walk-in shower again without grab bars. The sink did have water but wouldn’t drain. I finally had to used a bath towel to sop up the water and physically remove the stopper. I usually tolerate some problems but this was ridiculous and intolerable. I understand that this hotel is undergoing a remodel but as General Manager, this man should NEVER have booked that room. Expedia got us a full refund for the room which we appreciate but I can not say anything good about this hotel in good faith.

The property is under construction. The third party sites do not notify patrons of this, nor does the Holiday Inn site. Only through reviews from other companies was I made aware that the pool may be closed. I called and was assured it would be open. It was so nice! Pool was clean. Staff was friendly. We had new carpet and blinds in our room. We did not take part in the breakfast. I left an item in the closet, called twice and was promised housekeeping would call back. Nope. If no other choice, I may consider staying here again.

Property under construction but they did all they could to make it a great stay.

Hallways, rooms, elevators, dining area, pool and spa, and reception area, basically the whole interior under construction. Breakfast was the same every day, processed food, except for the fruit which was nearly expired, “manager’s special” quality. Hotels.com should require hotels in this condition to post that they are “under construction”. Reading the reviews here it looks like this hotel has been in this condition for at least 3 months and the way it currently looks it’ll be another year at least before it’s ready. AVOID FOR NOW!

Some remodeling is underway in common areas, The staff has been very accommodating about this. My room was recently renovated and it’s great.

The bed was comfortable. Shower was good. Above average breakfast. It was a construction zone, none of TVs worked. Only one working elevator so we had to wait several times. Liquid shower container was empty. Staff was unprofessional. Not worth the price. TV not working was a big deal.

In the first room you gave me, the noise from the highway was considerably loud, so I requested a room on the other side of the bldg. and in the new room, the tv 📺 didn’t work. I tried to call the front desk, but the phone had no tags on it to indicate which button to push for it, and I didn’t realize that 0 was the front desk, so I had to walk down to the desk. They told me to unplug it & plug it back in, which I did with great difficulty because the plugs were hard to get to. Overall, the place was marginal at best. The room was clean, though.

Facility was being remolded, elevator not working, had to stay on the 4th floor, dirty contractors onsite eating the breakfast, total chaos, will never stay again.

The entire 1st floor was under construction yet everything was clean and possible and quiet. Great job

Great location and easy to get on/off the freeway. This property is under renovation at this time so there's lots of "excuse our mess". It will probably be very nice when it's all done.

Construction kept this from a 5 star review

Room was good but the common areas are being renovated. Public bathrooms are closed. No breakfast area. Exposed Sheetrock everywhere around lobby and apparently this will continue another month or more.

They were doing construction from 8am - 8pm all weekend. Only one elevator worked part of the time the other was out of order. Neighbors were noisy at night time till about midnight.

You need to tell your customers that this hotel is under heavy construction and it is very noisy and dusty from 7 to 7. Nothing aroud it at all

The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly but the facility was more worn-out than I expected. The room heater/air conditioner didn’t really appear to work. Our room looked to have been remodled sometime in the distant past ( and of low quality).

Construction going on in hotel

We stayed in Spokane for our daughters soccer games. This property is undergoing repairs. Everything about it was dirty, dingy, and just unclean. Had we known we would’ve stayed elsewhere. It felt like a cheap motel. Floors were gross, elevator had a blanket covering the inside, walls were patched up. Breakfast was gross. My hubby went to use the hot tub during normal business hours and was shunned by one of the parolee construction workers. Just stay somewhere else.

Property is fine for a 3-star. Not much around.

Stayed for 2 nights, room was newly redone and looked really nice. Bed comfy!

Convenient, comfortable and clean.

Stains on chair & ottoman in room. Stains on lobby chairs. Unfortunate that the hotel shuttle isn’t 24 hours. Staff was very friendly!

Breakfast was horrendous.

Loud noise allll night starting at 11 am to 3 am Called the office to complain and it never stopped. The room was dirty as well as the hall way. The front desk guy was super nice. That’s about the only good part of our stay.
