Such a peaceful place. Staff were so amazing and helpful. I’ve already planned an additional trip! I loved it, no balcony or patio but they had a small table and chairs outside your room to sit and enjoy coffee or just be outside reading enjoying the atmosphere. I loved it

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Inn of the Hills in Kerrville. The grounds are absolutely lovely and our room was spacious and clean. The hotel staff was courteous, friendly, and efficient.

Great place to stay in Kerrville! Walking distance to the river and onsite restaurant and separate bar/saloon. Easy to get to and plenty of parking. Reasonable rates.

The room was very, very clean. The decor was very, very dated. I wish they would update. The mattress pad was crinkly and needed another regular pad on top of it. It had pretty waterfalls and the grounds were great for getting your steps in, very safe.

The hotel is dated and average. It has two swimming pools and nice landscaping. However, there are no elevators to the second floor.

The inn is very dated. Room was clean but smelled musty, as did the entire inn. The bar and restaurant were very good. The staff was very friendly. Fidel made our time at the bar fun.
Housekeeping came to our room before 9 the first day. A bit early. The slide lock on the door didn’t work, as it was not properly installed.

This was a lovely hotel with a very comfortable bed for my husband’s back. The room was clean and well kept. Breakfast was not included in the room price but the buffet was reasonably priced and had good offerings.

Found a large roach in the bathroom. Worse than that, the mattress needed replacing years ago. There was a clear intention on the side where the bedside table was. It was very uncomfortable.

Nice hotel with spacious rooms and plenty of parking. Nice pub on site and pool too! Plenty of good restaurants close by and even a restaurant on site (Thursday through Saturday).

It was ok for the price. Room was outdated. Lobby was nice. Door didn’t close well and stuck terribly when trying to open. The refrigerator was terribly noisy. The bathroom was super small and toilet was the size of one you’d find in an RV.

I was concerned when I first saw the hotel, because it is an older property and it looks like it. However, we were pleasantly surprised with our rooms. It was VERY clean. It did have a musty smell, but it is an older building. It was just my husband and I, so the smaller room didn’t bother us. Considering I prefer staying at mid to high range hotel (holiday inn, Hilton) I would have no issues staying here again.

Upon arrival, there was maintenence being done to the deluxe king and i was switched to standard king. There was a $20 price difference i was told would be crefited upon arrival and i still dont have that credit nor release of deposit held. I was next to the maintenance closet and woke me up the next morning- the door was hard to close securely and the toilet was running off and on. Musty smell. We stay here maybe 5x a year and this was not like usual.

If you are looking for brand new chic, this is not the property for you. This is an older, very nostalgic property that we absolutely loved. Gave me a "Brady Bunch" vibe which made it so cool. The pools are great, bar is great (a lot of locals visit the bar), good music, close to everything, but definitely quiet. And everyone was super nice. We'll be back.

This was a beautiful landscaped tucked away secret with pool by the river! Very comfortable and even enjoyed a concert there in the hotel! Comfy rooms and kind staff! Very clean ! Great value!

The pools were very nice and cold. The breakfast buffet did not taste good and was cold. It wasn’t worth the $15. Our bathroom had a leak in the ceiling but other than that, the room was nice. The staff was friendly. It was a bit expensive for the two weekdays we stayed. I definitely wouldn’t pay the outrageous price for the weekend that I saw while booking.

Everyone was extremely nice. Unfortunately we had to move rooms in the middle of the night due to bed bugs. We had arrived late and were so tired but when we layed down my daughter was bitten in the face and when we looked the bed was full of bed bugs. We had to move rooms after a long day of travel we just wanted to rest, this was around 1230am. Other than that the stay was ok.
