Bed was comfy but the frame towards the top was broken

HORRIBLE!! i just witnessed some of the worst customer and employee care ever by the manager “Sophie”.
She berated both me (the customer) and her very nice employee who was providing excellent customer service. I honestly don’t know if I’ve ever witnessed worse “manager” behavior. This woman Sophie has no business being in leadership or anything to do with customer service.
I will be reporting her to Holiday Inn corporate.

We were upset that the pool and spa was not available,
since that is the reason we booked it. We were not
told when we checked in and found out later. That is

Right by I-5 and Elk Grove Blvd. Walking distance to Pete's Pizza, AM/PM, and McDonald's. Perfect for people travelling North or South through Sacramento, whether heading down to LA or up to Oregon and Washington. Rooms are spacious, with mini fridges and coffee makers, and breakfast and wi-fi are included. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The owners of this location are over charging for this property. The pictures make it look MUCH cleaner than in person.

- not cleaning the restrooms on the main floor
- not changing our towels
- old magnetic key cards. we had to replace sometimes twice a day are keys o my to do it all over again the next day.

I was triple charged fir my room. Tgey billed 199.99 on the card the reservation was made on and 507.12 on the card I presented at checkin. I spoke with the morning clerk who took my information. The manager was to call me, no contact after several hours and there is no local hotel ohone number. I would rate this place a 0 on customer service.

First of all the pool photos online were very misleading. This was a tiny pool, 4ft deep, with a hot tub that is not heated.
The duvet coveron my bed had clearly not been changed. It was dirty, with what appeared to be a crusty gunk. I do t even want to think about what that might have been. The hotel staff was apologetic and quickly changed the bedding. But they did not offer any thing more. I just felt grossed out the rest of the time there. The breakfast was mediocre. I love holiday inns, but I would never stay here again.

This property is located near everything you might need or want. Its very quiet. The complimentary breakfast was delicious with many options. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and attentive. They went above and beyond to help us park a tractor and trailer. The pool wasnt ready when we went, but that was ok, it was still nice to sit out there and have a drink. Highly reccomend this hotel, we would book again.

Good sized room with microwave and fridge. No safe. Standard breakfast of scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal, yogurt, breads for toasting, bananas and juice. Coffee is not very good. Drink the keurig coffee in the room - much better. Friendly check in and front desk staff.

Trip was great except that the first two days, I had to get my room keys reprogrammed as I would get back to the room. Every time I left the room and came back, the card keys would not work. I guess I got my steps in from my room on the third floor to the lobby on the first floor!

I was chrged twice during my stay. I booked through Expedia but upon arrival I was charged directly through the Hotel. So now there’s 2 charges.One with Expedia and one with Holiday Inn. Expedia was $130 and Holiday Inn was $170 ($50) is deposit. I called 3 days in a row trying to reach a manager to get a refund because only the manager has that authority. No follow ups. Manager was never working. I let my CC company deal with them but I ended up only getting my expedia refund. Holiday Inn kept my $170 including dafety deposit. Unprofessional.

Anton at the front desk was very kind and accommodating when we arrived. The hotel was clean. I was on the second floor. Away from the elevator but above the pool area. At 10:20 when we were planning on going to sleep, a party with beer in the pool area was still loud. I asked what time pool hours ended and he said 10:00 PM. I called the front desk several times, and the party at the pool did not end till 12 midnight. As a result of booking my stay through a third party, they could not refund my stay.

I didn’t like the fact when I checked in they told us we wouldn’t have hot water the following day . Between 10 am until they didn’t know . I’m assuming they were switching a water heater out. It was inconvenient to take a cold shower later that day. Not fun

The room was clean, the restroom doesnt have a vent and gets really stuffy. This gives the restroom a musty smell, or maybe shower cuetains werent washed thoroughly, idk. Breakfast was great!
