Both our room and the common areas were very clean. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The variety and quality were great. The location in Old Town near the Main Square was perfect, both for walking and for a tour home-base.

The property it’s OK but it doesn’t worth the money. Rooms are spacious, but a bit obsolete. Cleaning may be improved as bedsheets were not so clean. Breakfast was more than OK having quite lots of options.

We booked 3 rooms in this hotel. Single bed the mattress very narrow bed and mattress move veey quickly. Mattress too soft. We didn't order breakfast as part of the room. And LAST, we ordered one more room for 1 night. I went to the reception and been told that get the room at 10AM IS EARLY CHECKING AND THIS BY EXTRA PAYMENT. I am traveling alot. First time in my life hotel asked for special payment for get the room earlier. This is my 3rd time stay in this hotel. But will be the last time. Request extra payment for early checking is rude, this isn't the way I am expecting hotel to serve customer, especially when bring group of friends to book 4 rooms. Last. Towels are very very poor. Thin. Small. And old. Not expecting in 4 star hotel. In the gym the towels are much better.

Very clean hotel but limited in facilities and is in need of refurbishment …I asked for a double room but got a twin. It’s expensive for what it is.

Good location in old town. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The check-in was quick and efficient. The hotel is very comfortable but I feel it is frozen in the 1990s - i would suggest updating the baths (towels have seen better days). The carpet in the room was stained but the room was clean and spacious. The twin beds are really narrow, as is the case with many less expensive hotels in Poland so I was surprised to see them at this hotel (4*). Off-site parking is a bit of a drag - it's several blocks away.

Great hotel in the strict centre of the Old Town 'Starowka'. Staff members very helpful and U can feel their professionalism. Next time, when I am in Wroclaw, this is my favourite hotel to stay. Great location, service, atmosphere. Truly recommended

Badly in need of renovation, this hotel is stuck in the '70s. It's a brilliant location, but the worn furniture, stained carpets and cold rooms really do not justify the price. The pool is a bonus but the changing-rooms are likewise antiquated.

Fantastic hotel in great location. Room was clean and warm. Bathroom was exceptionally clean and modern. Staff friendly. Will be staying there again.

Really enjoyed my stay there as did my colleagues. One to remember and we will definitely be back.
