The room was disgusting and in need of many repairs. Lamps without shades, stains everywhere. Absolutely unclean, ended up leaving it was so bad.

We had a nice stay. The room and bathroom were very clean. The 2 gentlemen that worked the front desk during the breakfast shift were so friendly and helpful.

I stay here each time in Cortland. Clean hotel, great gym, easy parking. The complaint this time was there was a loud beeping from 3am onwards in the hallway and the staff was notified but never fixed. If this was fixed or remedied it would have been perfect. I took video incase staff wanted ot hear how loud it was during the early morning.

Nice property. Either fairly new or recently renovated. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.
Maid service was every other day which is not good on a two night stay since it meant we never had our room serviced. This was unexpected and the room price was high to start. Not sure when this policy started but will reconsider booking this brand going forward.

My room was slightly warmer than I would like. To be fair I like my room freezing. I asked the front seat if they had a fan I could borrow and they obliged. Checkin was very easy and the staff was friendly. I will be staying here again when I am back in town

The room was immaculate with contemporary decorations. The staff was helpful, and there are many healthy breakfast options.

I wasn't able to end my stay until check out. Do to the fact that the water was being turned off at 10am I was i was told this before I booked

Overall the service was good. However, I did find dead bugs in my bathroom and had to ask then 3 times before they came to vacuum.

My husband loved the full breakfast every day - fresh & lots of options. The staff was great. Hotel is clean & spacious

The bottles in the bathroom don't get filled. FAIL. Saw 2 dead bugs on bathroom floor by toilet. They were there for all 3 days of our stay. They did bring some fresh towels on our last night there but did absolutely NOTHING else. I stay in Hampton Inns often enough. I stayed in 2 on this trip. It wasn't any better at the 1st one. Bottles in bathroom were empty there too. May be time to stay at some non-hilton related hotels.

It was a nice stay but upon getting to our room, the automatic shades only went partially up. We did not have enough light. There was no conditioner in the shower, just two shampoos. We were not told what time check out was nor were we told what time breakfast was! The room is clean but a little more attention to details like making sure the blinds work makes a big difference.

The room was very nice and comfortable ,unfortunately the wifi ,although connected ,could not access any browsers or websites. There was a' Premium Wifi ' available for a cost !
Also it was explained to us that because we were in a room on the 3rd floor and so far from center of the building, was the reason that running the hot water for 5 minutes was still not enough to actually get hot water. We just gave up and did not use the shower.

Nothing to complain about here. Modern, clean, great staff. We left at 5:30am - staff brewed us a fresh pot of coffee to get us on our way.

Nice and clean. Get more than what ya pay for. Had to extend our stay due to circumstances and was happy to. Staff and manager couldnt have been more accomodating and sympathetic to help take care of our needs

I was unfortunately unable to make my reservation as during my travels I encountered a white out snow storm. I had to immediately pull off the highway before Cortland. When i tried to contact hotel, I even contacted Hilton directly and received a case file #, I was tring to cancel and get a refund for my room .
After finally getting through to someone next day, they informed me they could not refund as it was already passed. I had been trying multiple ways to get in contact with hotel and no one could give me a straight answer.

Staff was very good, friendly and went out of their way to say hi. It was rather busy, but the other guests were friendly also. Our trip was a visit to Cortland, and we would stay again!
