The air conditioning wind blows straight to the direction of the bed and it’s not possible to redirect the fan.
As a gold member of hotéis.com when I reserved it says that I would have late check out upon availability, and the attendant said that they have but I was supposed to pay.

Great view. Nice rooms. Elevator logic for going into the rooms a little inconvenient. Did not receive VIP treatment from Expedia status and staff was not clear on where to spend the 50 USD benefit (used in the pool instead of restaurant abd they did not apply it to bill)

The walls in my room are ridiculously thin, and I can hear every single noise from the rooms next door. I can even repeat the conversations and music word for word. This has made it nearly impossible to get any rest. I booked this hotel specifically because it claimed to have soundproof rooms, and all I wanted was to sleep in and enjoy my stay, especially since it was my 11th anniversary. After two kids, I haven’t slept in for almost five years, and this was my only dream. Your false advertisement ruined that. To make matters worse, I was promised a $106 refund for the inconvenience, which has not been issued, and now I’m being denied it altogether. This is completely unacceptable. I even have several recordings of the noise as proof.

Great hotel! Unfortunately I did not receive a welcome drink due to the restaurant being closed but the agent was nice enough to upgrade my room.. it was beautiful and clean.Nice staff. Walking distance to convenience store and Brickell center. I recommend.

Good experience overall. The only thing I did not like was the bed was a little hard for me. The rest was excellent!

Great area. Had our dog and there was plenty of places to take her for her walks. Area was safe and clean. Hotel was wonderful. All staff were kind and friendly. Valet service was impressive!

Problem is they hit you with a PR Daco and say 180 on hotels but really it’s 195 more and only 150 refundable hope this helps total price for me was 270 I think it’s not worth the price

This hotel is gorgeous. I was here in 2023 during their construction and wanted to see what it looked like after completion. The lobby is gorgeous once you take the elevator up. The new restaurant is amazing, breakfast was great. The only lackluster aspect was the free room upgrade wasn’t readily offered and was a regular room. Previously I had an ocean view. But honestly it was a minor inconvenience. The staff were wonderful upon check in and check out. I have stayed at other AKA hotels and will be returning here.

On the Hotels.com website where I purchased the stay, it says that cash is accepted, and then at the property they do not accept it, violating the payment policy that they have accepted and advertised. The procedure they offer to customers is a scam.

The elevator access to the rooms is a bit interesting, but overall, it's a great hotel. Pool is great and it's pretty big. The breakfast and the view in the Mare hotel is lovely.

The property itself--rooms, restaurant--was lovely: clean, in great condition, thoughtfully designed, etc.
Every single staff member was exceptional. They went over and above to be helpful. The people made me feel welcome with their warmth and happy dispositions :)
