It was just OK, breakfast and spa below average for a nice hotel and quite expensive. The first room they gave me didn’t even have a working shower…and no view. Then they changed to a better room but it was just not too good for the price

Great stay! Everything was well organized, staff was helpful and accommodating, facilities and room were a delight. Very clean and comfortable room - loved the pillows, and first time we’ve ever seen them fluffed up to resemble mountain tops. Innovative! The hotel pick up at the train station was invaluable, as the hotel itself is a ways off from downtown - but the location added to having a quiet and peaceful stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the property. Location is great - walkable to the centre but also a bus service hourly which can take you to town and also to Glacier 3000. The food from the restaurant is amazing - some dishes are the best I have ever had (considering I can fault dishes very easily). My toddler totally loved the indoor and outdoor play area. The staff are fabulous and welcoming - they would cater to all requests immediately and are very accommodating!! Thank you. We look forward to visiting again! Regards, Ishita.

We had an amazing time at Arc-en-ciel! The property is very clean and nicely furnished. The location is great and we enjoyed a wonderful view on the surrounding mountains. We appreciated the facilities for kids and the family-friendly atmosphere. The staff has been very helpful and friendly. We definitely recommend this property!

We stayed in Gstaad for five nights before spending a few more in Zurich. We absolutely loved our time in Gstaad. We came for the skiing and we will certainly be back. The staff at the hotel were so friendly and accommodating. It was also a surprise, but highly pleasant that the ski rentals for my wife and I were included in the cost of the stay and the ski shop is right across the street. This hotel is perfectly located at the base of the Eggli lift giving access to this half of the mountain. The other half is a short train/taxi away. The hotel is also walking distance to numerous restaurants and shops. We had an amazing time and we will be back!

Amazing hotel. Located next to eggli lift, so very close and convenient for skiing.
Not sure if always but the ski rental at Alfred’s (across the road) was included in the price (or for free) which was awesome.
In winter thought it had sauna and very nice steam sauna but no pool which my daughter was objecting to.
The staff are extra nice and everyone one of them go extra mile to make the stay even better.

We had an amazing stay in this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, our attic room was beautiful and cozy with a view on the mountains and a fireplace. Breakfast was good and we also ordered pizza to our room in the evening from the hotel’s restaurant, perfection! The location was great with the Eggli ski lift just 2 min walk away from the hotel and town center 7 min away. Definitely coming back!

We had a lovely time at Arc en Ciel hotel in Gstaad. The hotel is charming and cozy yet looks and feels new. The location is excellent, walking distance to lifts. Restaurant is great, staff very friendly. Breakfast very good with a variety of options. Our room had a free standing bathtub which was fantastic to soak in after a day on the slopes. There is also a kids arcade in the lower level which is a great outlet for kids. Just a wonderful place, as is Gstaad.

This excellent hotel is situated a short walk from The Promenade in Gstaad. The staff were super friendly ...... the free breakfast was an added bonus ... with a great choice for hot and cold food .... and oh! what a beautiful view from my hotel room !!! Would highly recommend whether for a trip in the summer time or winter vacation.

Modern yet rusticly charming hotel very close to the slopes. NIce breakfast buffet in the morning wih eggs, fresh bread, lots of delicious cheeses and an espresso machine. Loved the simple yet cozy decor. The tub in the room was lovely to soak in after skiing. Great views. Nice management. Restaurant good but overpriced. Excellent restaurants close by. Would come again if they add s fireplace; that’s all that is missing.
