The hotel is near the freeway, which is convenient. Unfortunately, the TV remote did not have a guide button, so it took a long time to find out what channels there were.

No water longer than the alloted time it was off. No compensation even tho they said they would give it. No bed sheets for sofa bed. Cards didn’t work in back door and actually deactivated them from our room multiple times. No towels at pool.

The staff at the front desk could be more friendly. It would have been nice to have drinking water available.

The carpet needed a good cleaning. Staff need costumer service training

Enjoyed our stay. Close to freeway and several restaurants. Breakfast was great. Downside was our room was not cleaned so we had to reuse our damp towels. The elevator floor was wet from guests leaving the pool area sopping wet. Other than that we would stay here again for the convenience.

The front staff was super nice but the pool was out of order and the breakfast was not good Pancake machine was broken and yogurts were expired. I would not stay there again.

Our trip we great until someone (a woman) came out of the back yelling is that your dog I said yes ( a chihuahua) she said that we needed to pay an extra 75.00 fee for her!!!! All the times we have stayed at a Holiday Inn express we have never had to pay extra for our pet. The ladies at our he front desk were very friendly and nice

The hotel was a tad run down and wasn't super clean. It was nice to have a pool, but that was closed the last day we were there. The room's AC was super loud, and the walls were thin. It was so so.

We stayed for one week and had a very nice stay. The property was centrally located to all we wanted to do & it was an easy drive to all. The continental b'fast was perfect for us. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend.

What I like the staff was polite and she did attendance very well can’t complain. What I didn’t like was the swimming pool they need to remodel and the carpet very dirty they need to wash the carpet.

No room key was issued for two days, due to malfunction. Staff was not helpful and understaffed. Floors and furniture in lounge was very dirty. Overall, poor service and overpriced. Will not stay here again.

Outside smelled like a portable toilet, breakfast was underwhelming. There was obvious fluid stains on the pull out mattress and several of the pillow covers. The window shade was broken and it felt like you were going to fall through the floor when you were standing in the shower.

It was easy access but the rooms are extremely worn and torn. We did check in at 3 pm, but the room was not ready so we left to catch a bite to eat. Once we got in at 4 pm, the room was not very clean. The tiles, bathroom, and room were pretty dingy. The charging ports don’t work and the blinds, bathrooms, carpets have seen better days. There were only two towels in our room when we had 6 rooming. One bed had a duvet and the other bed just had the duvet sheet with no duvet insert. Just wish it was all set for their patrons. The breakfast was also not the best, our other Holiday Inn sites had their breakfast all functional but Carson’s had a broken pancake machine and limited breakfast options like the other ones we’ve stayed in. We stayed two days and didn’t have our trash at least picked up and no room cleaning was done so if you want to have service, be sure to ask, not sure if I was supposed to ask for this as this wasn’t shared with me at time of checkin. Usually service is done without asking, so o wish they would have mentioned I needed to request at least trash pickup but they didn’t mention this. Just lack luster.

We booked two king suites for 2 nights which was over $1000 total. When we got there, we noticed we had no bedding in either room for our sofa beds our kids would be using. When we went to the front desk to get bedding, we were told they had no fitted sheets or comforters. So, we had to use a flat sheet with a few thin blankets. However, the one sofa bed in my parent’s suite was covered in plastic. We left it on the first night but without a fitted sheet, the flat sheet slipped all over and wouldn’t stay on the mattress. My daughter laid on the sticky plastic half the night which was very uncomfortable and gross. The second night, we decided to rip off the plastic. As soon as we removed the plastic, the entire suite filled with a strong nasty smell of fish/urine. It was clear that this mattress at one point had been soaked in urine, so they wrapped it in plastic to cover the smell instead of buying a new one. When I called the front desk, they said there are no replacement mattresses, no rollaway beds to use instead and they wouldn’t give us a different room. Our couch cushions were also ripped and dirty. They had no clean bath towels the second day-front desk said we had to wait for the cleaning ladies to come the next morning to give us towels. They never came to clean our room and the pool was dirty and falling apart. Staff was unprofessional, the whole place looked dirty and the breakfast was bad. We Just needed a place to lay our heads for the night. The staff was great. But the hotel was ran down. Needed renovated.

Some of the guests that were stay there kids where running around the hotel halls late at night waking people up and the same group of kids run people out of the pool area. They were super noisy even at breakfast time and were run all over the hotel and running into people. No one was doing anything about it. The front desk person did tell some of them to stop running in the lobby but only once and they just keep running everywhere. It made our stay not so great. We were woke up at 11pm from the noise in the hallway and then the noise started back up around 7am.

Easy access. Clean room pet friendly

I liked the fact that it was close proximity to the freeway. The one down fall is when you go to pull out to head back into town you have to go the opposite direction & turn around due to concrete lane dividers

Lots of kids running the halls early morning, cleanliness overall was average, and cleanliness of breakfast area was poor.

We were happy to get a clean comfortable room late after we had to change hotels.

The staff expected us to let them know that we wanted our towels and room cleaned. The reason they gave was that due to the pandemic this was necessary. They never told us this when we checked in after we found no new towels. Someone checked in with a big barking dog that barked for over 2 hours until 8 pm The pool area can be crazy noisy if you are nearby.
