The shower’s temperature was very confusing and kept over heating.
No drinking water provided in the room. Foe such price I expected welcome water bottle.
Pillows were cheep quality.

My room was in renovated section, very nice and modern. Not much around at walking distance, pool is old and could use renovation.

The one complaint I have is, you can hear out in the hallway…if someone closes their door, the cleaners, etc. Other than that, I loved it!

We had a two night stay. We spoke with concierge and agreed that our rooms didn't need to be made but please come to give us new towels. We put the towels in our bath tub and went out for the day. We came back to no new towels

The hotel was impeccably pristine and designed to perfection. Staff were incredibly helpful and the room was better than the pictures! This is my new go to hotel!

The room had a very strange setup. Toilet in closet. Shower and sink right in the bedroom. Set up computer next to a sink - not good way to work

The front desk attendant in the morning was super friendly and nice! The evening attendant on the other hand was grumpy and not helpful.
The overall experience was really nice and will definitely come back again.
We were also suppose to have a full size refrigerator and it only came with a smaller size. Not the tiny one, but the next size. However we made it work.

Deluxe room was amazing big glass shower. Bed is confy and you have everything inside the hotel bar pool restaurant spa pool its just great.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Stayed in the spa tub suite. Everything was pretty much as advertised. Only stayed one night so we did not have time to use every single amenity. Only qualm is that breakfast was not included and it was a bit expensive.

Parking is super far from the entrance of the hotel which makes no sense.Elevator is slow. There’s no top lock on room door for extra security that most hotels offer.

Water was contaminated and no drinking water was provided by hotel. Warning for water contamination was only in French. Took some time to figure out what it was. Overall decent stay, but would not stay again.

The room was spacious for 2 queens beds. The only drawback is no fan in the washroom. After we took the shower and the mirror in the washroom was steamed up.

Very clean , spacious rooms only things we had no water for half of the day and no cold water but it wasn’t there fault , there was something going on in the town. .Hotel handled the situation well.
