Good Hotel. Has Bar.

Very convenient for the tram to the airport. Excellent for the price. Pleasant residential area, however nowhere around to eat on a Sunday and the hotel restaurant was closed. Luckily a pizza takeaway nearby saved a trip back into Toulouse.

Chambre un peu petite et sombre mais fonctionnelle et confortable

Notre arrivée tardive nous a permis d’avoir affaire au personnel de nuit qui a été très accueillant. Notre chambre était propre et confortable. Le gros bémol c’est que le matin à notre réveil nous nous sommes rendu compte que la chasse d’eau des toilettes ne fonctionnait pas. Après l’avoir signalé on nous dit d’appuyées plusieurs fois pour amorcer 🤔. Réf on l’a signalé à notre départ.

hôtel décoré façon street art, mais sans l'art. ça donne un côté sombre dans les couloirs. la moquette laisse une impression de sale. les chambre assez spacieuses refaites visiblement, mais la couleur taupe reste sombre pour une chambre.le lit est très confortable, et la salle de bain très bien. manquait juste les serviettes, un balais à toilettes et la chasse d'eau fonctionnait mal. tout comme la fenêtre. l’ensemble est bien insonorisé, heureusement vu que certains clients sont restés sur la terrasse à discuter et rigoler jusqu'à 4 heures du matin. un ascenseur en cours d’installation et, pas de chance, le second en panne! bref, un hôtel en (mauvaise) mutation; bien situé mais cher pour l'ensemble de la prestation. enfin, dommage que le réceptionniste soit obligé de s'occuper du linge, les clients étant obligé de patienter pour qu'il leur donne la clé, y compris en lui téléphonant!

Un personnel débordé, une gestion désorganisée. Hôtel en partie en travaux, ascenseur en panne. La fixation du pommeau de douche ne tient pas, la porte de la salle de bains ne ferme pas, réparée avec des vis grossièrement posées, de grosses taches sur les moquettes etc.... Pas de serviettes dans la chambres, personnels d'étages ne parlent pas Français. Travaux en cours, les matériaux sont positionnés devant l'hôtel, on a l'impression de rentrer sur un chantier. Bref ce n'est pas la première fois que je séjourne au sein de cet hôtel mais j'ai constaté une dégradation importante. Seul point pôsitif et non des moindres la chambre etait d'une propreté irreprochable.

Had 2 rooms a double and a twin. The twin was fine, the double had a strange smell in the room could of been damp/past smoker or drains I couldn't decide. Bed was okay, pillars terrible. We arrived 30 mins before 2pm and were turned away. The restaurant wasn't open so we couldn't sit and have a drink or anything to eat. very dissapointed wouldn't stay here again

En arrivant dans la chambre d’hôtel il manquait des serviettes et du gel douche.

Bel hôtel avec confort, très accueillant. Mais un ascenseur du deux en panne et pas de restauration (excepté petit-déjeuner) sur place. Quand on arrive de loin et qu'on ne connaît pas du tout la ville de Toulouse, c'est franchement pas terrible. Heureusement, l'hôtesse nous a donnés deux listes de restaurants-pizzérias avec un plan.

Probleme à l arrivée a 19h30 : groupe de 95 personnes : pas de restauration possible puisque privatisé par le groupe. Je pense qu une information en amont aurait pu etre faite par l hôtel. Dans la chambre il faisait tres chaud donc j ai allume la climatisation qui a fait un bruit insupportable pendant 30 min et problème d eau chaude au niveau de la douche tres tres longue à arriver. Pour le petit dejeuner toujours le groupe donc il a fallut s adapter en fonction de leur creneau et passage mais la personne presente etait tres agréable

Comme d habitude l hôtel, c est adapte aux nouvelles mesures sanitaires .les petits déjeuners sont varies ,le personnel aux petit soins.A recommander

Comfortable room, very helpful employees

No complaints at all. Receptionist pleasant, room comfortable, bathroom big and clean, good shower, great night's sleep, nice choice at breakfast, good value. Will definitely use this next time I'm in Toulouse.

It was handy for the airport but we couldn’t eat in the evening at the hotel when we got there which we expected to be able to do. They had a function which they could have informed us about before our arrival.

Good stopover hotel with helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Room very comfortable and quiet, apart from being near the lift. Plenty of free spaces in hotel car park. Would stay again.

This is one of the best. Staff absolutely go out of their way to help you. Nothing is too much of a bother. Trams outside direct to city. Very good.

Value for money,position next to Airport and city centre tram stop. Value for money breakfast, plenty of choice with fresh fruit and bread.

The place is modern, the rooms are ok, and the breakfast good enough. Wifi works well and people working there are excellent.

Room adequate and comfortable for one night stay - handy for tram stop. Shower base very slippery. Tea / coffee making facilities in room would be a plus.

Very comfortable room and bed. Small, but it had everything we needed.

Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. Decent size rooms. Convenient to get to/from airport on the T2 tram. No restaurants in walking distance other than the one connected to the hotel but they do have some food items for purchase at reception (although a bit expensive).

Location - good, if you are with a car. Free pakring with many spots also is available. Stuff - very friendly, we had, probably the quickest checkin in my "hotel experience" Breakfast - a normal European breakfast, nothing extraordinary, but good standart. Room - room was clean, no bad smell, clean bathroom and carpet in the room. Hotel has good terrase for breakfast.

Great Place and ambiance. Friendly staff, and super convenient location too

I stayed in the ibis as it was a 5min walk to the hospital where I needed to be. Room was small , it felt dark and dingy but it was ok for the time I was there. Staff was excellent.

Hotel under construction but still provided excellent value for the money. Breakfast well worth the 10 euro price.
