Our stay was great only complaint is the beds are very u comfortable. Besides that staff was friendly hotel was very clean.

My room was nice & the staff was very helpful and friendly. I also liked that the fridge & the AC in the room was already running and cold. The only thing I would change is I wish there was a full sized mirror in the room. If I’m in the area again I would definitely stay here again.

First time in a long time we stayed at a place with no slamming doors or loud voices or noise .Beautiful inside and out and very clean. Staff was very nice....Overall our 3 night stay was awesome!

I loved the convenience of the food and shopping in the area. Hotel has a indoor pool and fitness center. Continental breakfast included. I was glad to see an ironing board and iron in the room. Mini fridge, microwave and coffee station in room as well. Staff was very friendly. Check in was very easy.
What I did not like was the room with double beds when I booked a king size bed.

Room was clean. Location is close to many restaurants. I did not use the pool. Breakfast was what I was expecting: bagels, muffins, cereal, and a machine that made little pancakes. I do wish that had some outside seating. The lobby was nice with the fireplace and couches. Check in and check out was very easy

Always stay here when we come in town to visit family. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Pool is a great amenity for the kids to use. Breakfast has a variety of options.

A cute, rustic place. Staff was Excellent! The pool was warm, so 5 stars on that. Our only complaint was the pillows. Stuffed with lumpy foam. Very uncomfortable. Also, missed having eggs and potatoes and bacon or sausage and waffles in the morning. They had a pancake machine but pancakes were flat and tiny.

The experience was mixed. Housekeeping was inconsistent with what they published. The pool was warm, but towels were scarce. Breakfast was limited continental with pancakes. Given the rankings I was expecting more. I'm leaving this ranking to lower expectations of those that follow.

Very clean. Has potential for charm. Curtains were old and had holes and bathtub had a crack. There was no hot tub despite the signs on the door and directing to the pool area listing it as a “pool, spa, and sauna” very misleading there was no hot tub or sauna

This is the 2nd time in 2 months I have stayed here and everything has been great. My only complaint is the air freshener in the hallways and lobby are very overbearing...but otherwise everything is great

It was okay - we didn't have to be there long, so it worked fine for our needs. But it definitely needs some updates. Our fridge was not working and wouldn't even stay closed. The mattress had a significant dip in it. And generally things are just dated. But that said, it was really fine and I recommend it if you can get a good price.

I had an issue because I lost my card and was unable to check in, but the staff was very patient and help me work out my issue along with Hotels.com. They were very understanding and considerate. Also, they made me feel welcome and accommodated me my entire visit. Beds were super comfortable, and the water in the shower was the perfect temperature. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was very good.

We arrived too early to check in. But the Manager told us to come back around 1:00. Check in is 3:00. It worked out. We had a Visitation at 4:00. We had to get cleaned up.
