I was very happy with my stay. I was only there for one night but really liked it. Staff very friendly and accommodating especially Sofia . I would definitely stay there again

We stayed at the Grand Hôtel Gallia, Location: Prime spot near the cathedral and grotto, making it ideal for exploring Lourdes. Room: Spacious with comfy beds, perfect for a family. Amenities: The pool was down for maintenance, but the manager Hinde made up for it with free breakfast. Service: Exceptional, especially Hinde's compassionate handling of the pool issue. Breakfast: Delicious and varied, a great start to our days. Overall: Despite the pool setback, our stay was wonderful. Highly recommend for its comfort, location, and service. We'll definitely return!

This hotel is incredible! We enjoyed our stay here with the large windows for natural light, very close proximity to the sanctuary, quiet atmosphere, and easy access to good food.

A beautiful hotel in the busiest area of Lourdes but very tranquil when you came through the doors. Staff attentive but unobtrusive. A very relaxed atmosphere. A top location for visiting the Grotto- only a few min gentle walk. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed in Lourdes many times. Sorry I found this hidden gem so late! You now have a new gust who will be back.

Clean and convenient historical hotel. Room was clean, if a bit small for a family room, aircon top notch Couldn't get to the parking with SatNav from address provided by hotels.com. The main car park was significantly cheaper anyway but not for SUV height cars

Location: Can't be beat. Facility: 3.5 stars. Polite service. Entrance to parking is very complicated and not explained on booking. You need to come to some magic back-gate, push some button, talk to someone to open the door. Like a spy novel. Call to practice before hand. Rooms: 2-bed rooms are in the attic, no balcony or view. Must be part of the merged hotels. Others are small. Food: Never needed to try, there are options around. But the restaurant/bar seemed to be usually empty - I wonder why. Overall: Hotel is a good choice overall. In the religious campus it is all well organized to handle large amount of people coming in. Well done. The town is over-commercialized, be prepared for it.

Great location. Food at restaurant in the hotel was mediocre and had a fixed menu which we were not aware of, likely due to our minimal ability with French.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The location is very convenient since it’s very close to the church/grotto, restaurants and shopping center. The staffs are accomodating. We greatly appreciate Antonio at the front desk for his warm smile and friendly attitude.

- really poor service in the hotel. - really poor communication from the staff\unwilling to provide help or solutions. - there were no toilet paper/ soap in the room. - terrible breakfast just coffee. - the restaurant service was deficient, they run out of eggs.

The Grand Hotel Galleria was located close to the Lourdes Sanctuary. It had a spacious clean room with a very accommodating friendly staff.

This is a great heritage building however the room was spacious and recently redone. Staff were great. This room was on the 2nd floor above the street, so there was a bit of street noise, especially when everyone was coming back from the candlelight vigil however that was part of the charm. This room had 2 small balconies. Exit from hotel was onto the street only 1 to 2 blocks from the Bacilica and was a very convenient location. Would definitely stay here again if we venture back to Lourdes.

Convenient location to the Grotto, not impressed with the hotel its weird, no available parking, staff are mot friendly, made everything difficult.

Right in front of strip of stores and restaurants. Easy walking distance of the sanctuary. Very happy with choice.

We loved Lourdes, but had a couple issues with the hotel. The desk clerk wanted to check in the large group in line behind us prior to checking us in. I don’t know why. There was a hair in one of our party’s dinner at the hotel dining room. Check out was noon, but we were told to move our car from the parking lot by 10:00 am.

If one is visiting Lourdes, this location is perfect. It is about a 5 minute walk to the entrance of Lourdes. There are multiple souvenir shops and restaurants around the hotel. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was well stocked.

Extremely friendly staff, most speak multiple languages. Clean and comfy! Breakfast was great too. Room had fridge bottles of water and tea/coffee with kettle which is always a plus for me when you need that hot brew. Staff goes extra mile to show you around and always asking if there’s anything we need about our trip and stay.
