This place is waterfront and an easy walk to lots of locations. Friendly staff. The amenities are lacking - instant coffee in the rooms for example and a tiny elevator that only fits 2 people - I used the stairs a lot. It was comfortable and clean just not luxurious at all.

Absolutely satisfied with hotel, booked B&B only. Breakfast buffet was extensive with Continental and English options particularly the freshly made omelettes.
We wanted the pool, gym and Jacuzzi as the hotel is on the Marina Waterfront with no beach.
Room was contemporary with marina sea view, large balcony, various tea and coffees with kettle. En suite and large Smart tv. Fresh towels daily and beach towels if required.
All the staff were sociable and helpful with taxis and other travel advice.
Didnt use the gym or snack bar but nice to have.
Location across from marina with easy access to bars, restaurants and fifteen minutes walk to Palma centre.

Gettting towels from reception for swimming pool was a faff when others checking in /out …..would be better done from bar at swimming pool.

Nice hotel in great location. Had issue with room key one early morning which took a while to sort. That could have been dealt with better but apart from that all good.

Great stay!!! Nice location in area with tons around. Easy, nice walk to Old town area too. Great central location. Clean, great staff, nice pool/hot tub. Room was quiet. Ive stayed in several in this area...by far one of the best!!

Two nights here for a business trip. Room with seaview was good. Balcony noisy from road below but no problem inside. Room was clean, bed was sleeping very well and nice cushions, etc. Room is smaller as it look like on the pictures and missing a proper desk to work on. Breakfast was very good, excellent. I absolutely reccommend this hotel.

The hotel is right on the harbour and easy walking distance to the cathedral snd into Palma. Our room was on the 7th floor, amazing view of the whole harbour. The road outside is busy snd some roadworks going on but it didn’t cause a problem. Room was clean, spacious and obviously recently refurbished. Pool and terrace area not huge but could always get a sun bed. Nice bar and food served too. Nice breakfast with lots of choice. Friendly english speaking staff. I’d recommend.

Pros:
Location, friendly staff, good breakfast spread, clean hotel, small but clean pool, sea view and partial sea view rooms with balcony, many restraunts dotted around and a Hard Rock Cafe around too.
Overall, may not stay here again- primarily due to room size however if that’s not an issue for you, fabulous choice.
Cons:
Room size is very small, overpriced for size of room, pool is small, no facilities for dinner overnight.

Lovely hotel. Modern and clean. View of marina but dual carriageway between hotel and marina. Not busy though and didn’t hear traffic. About 20 mins walk to the cathedral. Restaurants within 5-20 mins walking.

Next to the trend area of Santa Catalina which has lots of nice restaurants and bars. The hotel has a lovely pool, was a 30min walk from the main cathedral and old town. A great place to stay.

We have visited this hotel a few times over the years. It’s in a good location being within walking distance of Palma Centre. It’s good if you want to just have a base but if you are looking for a hotel this isn’t for you. The bar is closed and so is the restaurant at night. The rooms are clean and well maintained. However the reception looks tired and in need of a refurb. Dont think we will return as there are far better hotels for the same price.

This hotel is spotlessly clean. It is of a contemporary style that gives it a boutique feel.
It has a nice small pool, spa tub and sunbathing area (3rd floor level), with shower facilities and it also has a nice indoor bar/cafe area.
The room we had was fantastic. Very well appointed. We had a premium sea view room with balcony. Plenty of storage, a nice sized balcony, tea/coffee making facilities. A large walk in shower and plenty of room in the bathroom.
Staff were all very helpful, friendly and welcoming.
It is close to the old town (c.20 mins to walk to the cathedral) and the walk is pleasant.

I love this hotel. Stayed here some years ago with friends and loved it. This time I was travelling with my teenage daughters. It’s perfect, close to the centre, room to chill sunbathe and swim on the terrace with great views. We stayed in a great family room that was more like an apartment with 2 bedrooms. So much space, lots of storage, perfect for us girls! Service great, breakfast great choice. This is now my go to for palma breaks.

Excellent experience. The hotel was clean and was run very efficiently. The pool and the food were more than adequate, and the location was also very convenient. And the buffet breakfast was sensational, totally worth the price if not included in the room.
The feather in the cap was the staff. They all went above and beyond in every possible way. Special mention to Yael at the front desk, and also to the wonderful Michell and Joyce, who took great care of our food-allergic kids. 10/10

Great stay! Amazing view and super helpful and efficient staff. Everyone cheerful and welcoming. Really good breakfast in a light and airy dining room ov erlooking the promenade. Room fairly minimalistic...no draws, comfortable bed, safe and great balcony overlooking the bay.

Great location overlooking the marina. Only a 10-15min walk to the cathedral area and old town. Close to some excellent bars and restaurants. Public transport also easily accessible from hotel. Breakfast was good value with great choice. Staff friendly and informative. A very enjoyable short stay.
