Clean, modern accommodations, comfortable beds. Full kitchen and washer/dryer in unit. Nice pool with plenty of loungers. Great stay

Loved: awesome activities and the activity leading staff. The room is spacious and the pool is large. Kids loved everything.
Issues: room location was awful. Construction and traffic started at 6am waking everyone up and the view was terrible. The shower has no pressure or temperature control. Long black hair was left on a chair in the room. Pool was somewhat dirty even at beginning of day

It was a family trip. But it was nice. Staff was nice and friendly. Though it was really hot because it’s in Palm Springs everything about the property was great. Felt like a mini townhome even had washer and dryer. Lot of fun activities for kids to enjoy if your trying to go and do a family trip.

Everything was amazing, they were able to accommodate us with early check in. The only thing I didn't like was that the parking lot was way too dark, more lights would be great.

It was an amazing place to stay. The staff was phenomenal. and the Hotel smelled fabulous right when you walked in you feel peace. Thank you I will stay there again!!

Pictures all show nice views we actually had a parking lot view and you could walk onto our patio from the parking lot. We did not use the patio pool was nice but bit of a walk my husband wears a brace.

Our room was great, check in was fast and easy, clerks were very friendly and helpful, our room was very nice and looked clean until we checked the bathrooms and all hand cloths were dirty with stains on them, some towels were also dirty.
I understand they have warnings about reused linen but come on those towels were dirty and it shows with stains. Other than that our room was great, quiet, comfortable, spacious and really nice. Maybe our next stay will be better. Thanks

This was a four day getaway for my husband and I. The suite aminities were excellent, with a full kitchen containing everything we would need. Grounds were emaculantly maintained. Very quiet and peaceful, which was exactly what we needed. Staff was gracious and attentive.

Speechless!! Beyond expected. Would definitely give it not 100 but 1000!!! Truly recommend! Absolutely love it! Has everything you need from Kitchen to Bedroom! Not to mention the shower head! I’m a plant lover, a little plant and a little oven needed. Also an advise change coffee maker to auto shutoff. Pool area very laid back! All else loved it! Will definitely come back!

I would like to thank everyone during my stay from Jose and William at the front desk to Jose the security guard and can’t forget Bartender Victor. It was my first time but, won’t be my last. Our Condo was fabulous and I love that they accommodated me as, I cannot walk upstairs. See you soon!

We have come here 2 years in a row now and we absolutely love it. The staff is great and they have awesome amenities for the kids. Lots of activities and there was even a free magic show!! The kids love it and don’t want to stay anywhere else now!
