Perfect comfortable room with all amenities, 10 min walk from bars and restaurants , wide range at breakfast time , parking is very tight but also very secure , will def stay here again if in the area with work

I enjoyed my stay and the hotel. Rooms were fine, nice breakfast... but it looks like I came back with a few bed bug bites... I knew it was common in France and I did a quick search on the mattress but didn't see anything... They must have been hiding somewhere else as I got about 10 bites...

Good location with an easy and safe walk to the town centre. Nice rooms and facilities in the room. Car parking spaces are too small and are expensive. Hotel bar closes too early.

There was 28 degrees and the air conditioning wasn’t working. When I asked to have turn on, the answer that I got was « open the window because our system is on heating mode ». I also tried the food.... wasn’t that good. This is not a 4* hotel. At most there are 3

Friendly front desk night staff. We didn't stay here more than 7 hours of sleeping so cannot say much about amenities nor local attractions.

Beautiful room and delicious dinner at the hotel restaurant. My only complaint is that the aircon wasn’t working in my room and the window to my room was broken, meaning opening the window for cool air wasn’t even an option.

Very convenient to the Gare Routiere, the main bus station. I had a pleasant dinner at the hotel and the breakfast was very good.

It is ok, but the breakfast is a bit pricey (given the choice we were provided, I don't think it is worth the money). The room is fine and the location is good, with Jaude only an approximately 10 minutes walk away.

The staff are very easy going yet professional. The hotel has its own secured basement parking but you can often get street parking just in front of the hotel. Within a10 minute walk, you will find yourself in the city centre - a mixture of points of interest, bars and restaurants, and a big shopping centre.

A last minute choice, the hotel was easy to book and the reception staff very accommodating. The room was OK.
The hotel is very presentable and in a good location, a few minutes walk from the city centre.
A good tip, if arriving by car, is to park right outside the reception, which is free between 6pm and 9am, and save yourself the 15 Euro cost of private parking. If you're checking out after 9, pop outside and put €2 in the meter and you'll be OK for a couple of hours.

Surprisingly adequate size and new. Staff exceptional with readiness to assist and welcome us. Well located. Loved the bike rental.

The hotel is centrally located but is getting a little tired. The restaurant is good but there is a strange smell in the corridor on the 3rd floor.

The hotel is well situated for access to downtown. The room is the best part with nice bathroom, comfortable bed, and the staff is relatively helpful. Breakfast is below average. Very expensive dark parking lot and not secure.

I had a very bad experience with the Restaurant Staff, they are very rude, was served food that was not fit for human consumption. Took a picture of what I was served which I will certainly post. However, the Reception staff were ok and some were very nice and helpful.

my entire family stayed for three nights in the hotel and we were very happy . The breakfast and bar food was very good for a French hotel. WE would certainly stay there again.
