The only thing I would add is real coffee available either in the lobby or mini coffee maker in rooms. Instant coffee is terrible.

I’ve stayed here several times visiting my daughter at the university. Basically there’s not much choice of hotels in the area! Therefore I feel it’s a bit overpriced.
I reckon there must be around 50 rooms.
It’s used for conferences during the week so can be busy. Always seems quiet at weekends. I’ve had drinks (carafes of wine) from the reception but not eaten there as I’ve always eaten out.
*Staff are excellent and always helpful.

*Tea/coffee making facilities are in the foyer so I TAKE MY OWN TRAVEL KETTLE

If you’re going to Rennes on holiday I would probably choose a hotel in the centre. Having said that, this one is fine if you have a car and Rennes is easy to drive round.

A good value for money hotel. Helpful and friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Located in an industrial zone on the outskirts of Rennes there is nothing much around but it is a convenient stopover if you’re travelling through.

Not a bad hotel although the location isn't the best but it was convenient for our visit. Reasonably close to public transportation. Day staff very helpful. Evening staff not quite at the same level as the day staff. The rooms bathroom could do with an upgrade, even if just to hang the shower that that it sits above head height rather than at knee height!.

Few frills, close to a metro station(about 25 mins walking), be prepared to get to it on foot, i walked on a path through this multipurpose, tree lined area that at night was a little scary even with the lighting. Otherwise, figure out the bus route.
Perfect for someone who just needs a place to sleep, like i did.

I did not like that I had a joining room with next door where I was unable to lock the door. I was told by staff it was secure but I showed her that I could walk through to the man nextdoor but she refused to swap my room. I'm a female travelling alone so this was a very bad start. I had to put a chair against it the whole time I was there.
The hotel itself is well outside of the town centre and is not a comfortable area to walk through.
Trying to check out was also a disaster, the staff did not seem to know how to log in to the system. This caused a queue out the door with people needing to catch flights and trains.

The hotel is quite a way from the town centre. It's clean and quiet - too quiet! The bar stock is poor, the weekend staff are basically night watchmen and have no idea of how to serve customers. There is nowhere to eat around the hotel either. Ok for business travellers not good for tourists.

Excellent service.Would definately stay there again. Loved my attic room. The best. Just what I needed. The hotel a bit out of the way from the centre but there is good transport system to get to the centre. Guess there is a tradeoff between not in the city centre and having a quiet environment. Need to provide an anti slip mat for the shower / bathtub. One can easily slip!!

This was a beautiful stay. Very clean hotel. Provides a continental breakfast for a small fee. Free parking, Internet and a very convenient restaurant located on the premises.

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel - it was very clean and good value for money. Breakfast was good and the lady in reception was very helpful. Good location for overnight stop - close to the N12.

Free open air parking (no height restriction) great. Staff very friendly. Easy to find via satnav. Rooms are small but still great value for money close to Rennes - only thing that could easily improve would be tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. We did not eat there so cannot comment on this.

Having previously stayed at the Kyriad, Niort, this hotel was disappointing by comparison. Although located close to the peripherique, there was not much else in the area and certainly no local restaurants. The hotel's own restaurant was much overpriced for plain food from a limited menu. The breakfast buffet was also poorer than the hotel's Niort counterpart.
Bedroom was cramped and the bathroom door did not close properly.
Sound-proofing between rooms was also poor - ear plugs recommended!
Not a hotel I shall return to

This hotel was clean, comfortable basics for a short stay. Breakfast was 10 euros, typical French croissants, bread, cereals, juice and coffee.

It's our second stay and we cam back because it was so comfortable and convenient for us. Near to the Rocade Nord, perfect for breaking the journey from Roscoff before starting the long journey the following day south. Staff are very helpful. Breakfast although not the cheapest is the best I have had in this grade hotel. They also had responded to a couple of requests beforehand.

Best Kyriad I have stayed in.
As a hotel, like most Kyriad's, its distinctly average.
However, the receptionists really were wonderful- incredibly helpful and polite. The room was absolutly spotless- noticibly so.
Overall, I was really pleased with my short stay.

This hotel is fine for 1 or 2 nights. There is no evening meal served at weekends, and no easily accessible nearby, so you need a car with Satnav. Free parking is good, breakfasts were OK (only cold items), and the room was moderately comfortable, although a bit small. The aircon did not work very well.

Our stay in Rennes was simply a stopping over point on our road trip to another location. The hotel was fine for this purpose. The 3rd bed was a sofa which converted to a bed and was not the most comfortable. All in all, it was a good place for the night.
