The hotel has great access from/to highway. There are several restaurants nearby, we went to Leon(3 min walk), had mussels and frites….great service, food above average. It met out needs for our long road trip to Paris from Spain

We needed a hotel to pass the night on our way to our final destination. The hotel was really comfortable. Perfect.

Second time here, perfectly located for passing by on the way to/from Spain. Surprised to see a rollway bed for my 2 year old installed on the room, plus every change made for COVID made us feel safe. Great service again from the night clerk.

Smelly room , bathroom was disgusting, really need a lot of TLC ! The most expensive hotel in the area! 4 stars according to Expedia but I would give a 2 star max !

Arrived late in the evening. Thankfully the front desk is 24 hours. The room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was a little tired and needed some tlc. Apart from that it was a fantastic location for us and easily found. We will be visting again.

I did not like the service in the dining area, cooked food was cold and some containers were empty at 8:30 am, at peak breakfast time.

There were two reasons why I chose this hotel specifically. The first was it was dog friendly the second because it had an in house resteraunt. I was incredibly dissapointed that it was closed on the evening of my stay as it was a bank holiday.This very important piece of information was never mentioned to me. On booking and not to several other guests either I later found out . I was also utterly amazed that the young lady ( Charlotte ) who checked us in was in fact the only person running the entire hotel single handedly.She was at reception to greet and check everybody in.She was bar lady serving all drink requirements clearing the tables when they were finished. She did all these things with a smile and well without complaint.She was a complete star and should be the manager in my opinion,especially as he had obviously taken the day off. My companion and myself were forced to find dinner needs outside the hotel and believe me when I say they were grim and expensive. I am not happy and I shall be informing headoffice of this complaint. A simple email in advance to tell us about the closed resteraunt would have been the least I would have expected. After a 500 mile journey all my partner and I were looking forward to was a relaxing evening and a good meal, before we continued our the following day. Thanks Holiday Inn for ruining that.my visit

Staff were attentive, knowledgeable & friendly. It offered everything I expected from a Holiday Inn including an excellent breakfast buffet. Easy access to the ring road facilitated our countryside tours.

This hotel is okay, the staff are rude and generally the quality of the hotel is poor. The breakfast is terrible they run out continually, no scrambled eggs, no pancakes, in the two days I stayed I did not manage to get what I wanted on either day?? As soon as they replenish the eggs, its such a small amount that it runs out again in five miniutes and thisbwas during a quiet period. The service for breakfast is also very poor, the tables were left uncleared and I had to search for a table that had a clean coffee mug. Overall this is not acceptable, I would not stay again and I would advise other travellers to stay elsewhere.

Very clean and comfortable hotel, friendly and helpful front desk staff. A great buffet breakfast which was spoiled by a non-smiling waiter who told us we couldn't eat out on the patio on a lovely morning at 9:30 am because he had already set the tables for lunch. The food started to be cleared away at 9:50 (breakfast ended at 10 am) although people were still eating. This service was definitely not customer-focused.

this hotel is convenient to the airport and public transportation to the downtown. the hotel restaurant is very good and it has a nice wine selection. The rooms are modern and clean with acceptable wifi speed not great but good for Europe.

It's what you would expect from Holiday Inn, clean room , fast check in & out and well maintained. This hotel is up to that standard but I would not rate it as four star because not a lot of facilities are on offer.
