Property is right inside the Mall. So it is walkable to many shops including a few restaurants. This hotel is also pretty close to the airport.
There is a highway nearby so there could be some traffic noise at night but it is not terrible. Buffet breakfast is also very good. Rooms are clean and quiet

Parking is difficult due that is shared with the Mall

Great location in Galerias Laguna mall, it is actually connected to the mall so they’re is always something to do.
The hotel is clean and everyone is friendly. They actually clean your room everyday, beds are comfy and there is tile in the room.
Shout out to Tono at the bar.
Pool is not the best so for families with kids maybe Crowne Plaza is a better option. There are a lot of restaurants nearby.
Parking lot can be difficult specially on weekends.
I will definitely come back.

Located inside the Galerias Mall with several dining options, rooms are confortable and spacious, friendly staff

The hotel rooms look dated, with old furniture, and some maintenance problems. The sheets were worn out, and it didn't have an iron. It's nice that is in a shopping mall and the food is ok. It doesn't have heating and it was really cold.

A solid choice for business/sport event in Torreon. Convenient location to airport and very convenient access to a shopping mall. Conditions were appropriate for the price. Breakfast from the menu was better value than the buffet. Thumping music on Saturday night was not conducive to sleep and a small gym would have been nice. Overall, good value for price and very convenient.

Parking. I did not want to park in a mall! Nice staff allowed me to park adjacent their foyer entrance. Stupid room lighting. Turning on the light for bathroom flooded the room. No independent switch. Inadequate bedside reading lighting.

I liked the location of the hotel and the security at all times .
The down fall was the air conditioner was not working properly it got hot the last two days of our stay

Good hotel but bad costumer service, A/C didn't work in the first room I was given, took them over an hour to find an other room and I had to be up in 5 hours. Hair dryer didn’t work on second room they gave me and there was no towels or soap either. They couldn’t bring a hair dryer because they didn’t have any. Took them 30 min to bring the soap. Just not an overall good experience.
