Great place to stay for those cruising out of Warnemunde. Nice family atmosphere, with very helpful and courteous staff. Also - best breakfast buffet I have ever seen, hands down. 🙂

As always, relaxing and cosy in a beautiful setting with everything you need as a family. The suite, the pool, Admirals club, the restaurant - everywhere things are geared for kids without the kids being in the center - so the adults feel relaxed too ;-)

The check in was bad. My reservation could not be found. Check in time was 16:00 we had to wait till 17:00 to get to our room. The food we ordered through room service I had to pick up myself. Management apologized for the inconvenience but it still leaves a bitter aftertaste. Other than that a fancy place to stay. Big expensive black cars and people with deep wallets.

Very comfortable, cosy maritime styled hotel. Very large but excellent layout ensured intimate feeling. Generous breakfast and fairly room/bathroom. Only lacking item was in room Nespresso machine. Didn’t make the spa do no review on that. All in all quite good/excellent!

Nice staff in reception - had to pay for parking at hotel which we didn’t expect in a hotel of that standard- in one room towel was dirty & dirty marks on curtains - as we were checking out the cleaning staff were coming into the room before we had even left - they were quite rude!! Hotel tried to charge us again for bill which had already been paid - overall not 5* standard!

Very conveniently located close to cruise ship terminal, just a short ferry ride across port. Ferry provides great access to town for activities. Hotel grounds are very spacious and very peaceful.

We had a weekend getaway and stayed there for a night. At first we thought we'd be wandering around other areas but this hotel is so amazing we stayed there most of the time. SPA was included and we went there twice. There were several themes and temperature options for the sauna. Around the resort, there are a few restaurants, we've chosen the fish/seafood restaurant and the food was really really good; we were impressed with the freshness of the food. The breakfast offers an impressive variety of choices. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we would love to come here again.

The hotel was very comfortable. The bed and linens were superb. We took the little ferry over to Warnemünde daily and the train up Rostock as well. It all worked out well. After a busy two weeks of touring it was lovely to charge our batteries at this beautiful seaside venue

The place was very nice however, the cleaning person either took my watch or threw it out. That person was the only one who had entered my room. They wanted me to fill out a police report but I didn't have time, I had to leave. I filled out an insurance form and have never heard from them.

Stayed here a couple of nights while attending a conference. Although it was January and not a great time for hanging out on th beach, I enjoyed the views. The hotel and spa are beautiful, first class all the way.

Everything about my stay was wonderful. The suite, the property and the views were spectacular. The service is 5-star. The town of Wernamunde was quaint and had lots of great restaurants and shops. The weather in September was pleasant. To get to Wernamunde, you will have to ride on a water ferry, which runs daily and is easy to negotiate. I highly recommend this hotel - we had a blast.

I am not sure why this hotel is a four star on the internet, it was a five star to me. I had a super stay. One of the best vacations that I ever had. The room was extremely nice and the staff was super nice and extremely accomodaing. I planned a week of rest and had the perfect place for rest or activities. The area is fantastic on the Baltic, very beautifuly. The hotel restaurants were extemely good along with the daily breatfast.
The Spa was excellent with several saundas, pools, juice bar, relaxation areas, and so on. One of the best that I have been to.
Never made it to the golf course, but suspect they were like the rest.
Highly recommended.
