Plenty of convenient parking. Friendly helpful staff. Good room. Bit removed from the downtown. Great bar next door- Bar Down Under- good pub-grub, beer, excellent live music, friendly staff.

There was a group of young teen girls staying there at the same time. At times, they became quite noisy. Other than that, the stay was fine.

Was pleasantly surprised. Great location. Easy to get to. Staff was really friendly. I mean everyone. Room was clean and everything worked. Will mostly stay there on our return trip.

We have travelled this summer to Cape Breton, PEI and NB and this hotel is number 1 out of the ones that we stayed in. The staff, room and food were excellent. I will recommend it to my family and friends. Keep up the good work.

The front desk staff was so friendly & helpful. I asked for a number of recommendations and they were all excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again with my dog & I highly recommend you do as well.

The place was in great shape. We had a really late checkin and the gentleman at the front desk on overnight was superb! Room was clean, AC worked great, breakfast hit the spot. What else can I say but we’ll definitely be back as we travel through twice yearly.

Excellent place to stay. Breakfast was great. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Parking at the front is really great, back not so much. Hotel was clean and well maintained although rooms vould do with minor upgrades. Thank you to the staff and owners for maintaining and running this facility - the hotel is exactly as the pictures show

The lady who was tending the breakfast buffet was so considerate and personable. I have never seen an employee in that position at any hotel I have stayed in take so much care and pride in their work or work so hard. She was amazing. Wish I could remember her name. Pros - Nice comfortable beds, well maintained property, nice pool. A little window opened in the room so there was fresh air.
Crowded, ok breakfast. Very little options for food allergies, yogurt, liquid eggs that were very mediocre and bacon seemed to be rationed and people were lining up for the few pieces that came out at a time. Hot tub out of order. Clogged tub drain our room.

Super clean hotel, which is always the most important thing to me. Very pleasant staff all throughout. The room is comfortable and well kept, there is a pool and a free daily breakfast, with some good options, as well as a small coffee bar that is accessible all day. The location is close to uptown and there are some fast food restaurants and a drugstore nearby. Pleasantly surprised as we are doing an extended stay here and will definitely consider again for longer stays.

John the desk man is very dishonest! He said he could exchange American $$ for Canadian $$ so we could use their wash machines. He gave $20 Canadian for $20 American. I told him he shorted me $6 Canadian based on the exchange rate. He said they only exchange dollar for dollar. Bet he wouldn’t do dollar for dollar is the exchange rate favored in opposite direction. VERY DISHONEST!
