The listing forcthis property is outdated. There is no transportation (airport or local). We had an early flight from the airport 2.5 miles away. When I tried to prearrange transportation the price was outrageous. I did not sleep well because I worried about getting to the airport on time. Restaurant listed in property description has not been here for ten years, but the new restaurant was much more affordable.

The lobby was the first thing I noticed. It was clean and open. The front desk personnel actually looked like they liked their jobs and were welcoming. The rooms were clean and did not smell of mildew. Bathrooms could use some updating but otherwise very clean. They have a restaurant attached which was convenient.

Not very personal check in staff (talked to softly for senior citizens to hear, put us in a room fartherest from the elevator and ice machine (I passed 6 rooms available closert to the elevator).
Pool was closed because of power outage - but the pump was running circulating the water- very disappointed we couldn't swim.
Room windows leaked from the rain storm that forced us to stop our travels. Mold on leaks.
We'll think twice before we book a Hilton room.

The pool was closed for maintenance and was closed. The remote control did not work my tv. The manager made arrangements with the Fairfield Hotel so i could swim. Very nice lady

This was a quick stop in from our ride back to Fla. The rooms are clean. The bed was very comfortable with soft sheets! It a shame for the hotel that they have a restaurant attached to the hotel that is TRULY AWFUL-Harris's Steak & Seafood! Its a real eye-sore and the food was totally horrible. The hotel and staff are lovely-you just have to drive to get something else to eat.

This hotel was awesome! Our trip was for a funeral of a loved one and was close to their home. Beds were very comfy and house keeping was friendly and accommodating.

Two feedbacks I would give would be that they should include breakfast, and the pool should have less chlorine.

The beds were very comfortable. Our room had dirty carpeting. The toilet ran all night. It couldn’t be fixed. We just shut the door. Keurig didn’t work. Hair dryer had a cracked plug. Hair dryer didn’t work. No blinds to block outside lights that were for parking lot. The reason is because we were on the 4th floor. The tub drain closure kept closing. Tub was filling with water while trying to take a shower.

Got the room that i requested and staff was friendly. BUT i do not recommend the Harris restaurant on premises. The $36 ,dollar filet mignon was dry, tough, and over cooked to medium/,well when we had ordered medium,/ rare the gorganzola cream sauce we ordered on the side was watery and extremely salty.good thing we ordered on the side. It was great when it was the Millhouse steak house. The company who runs it now is a disappointment. We won't stay again

From Check-in to Check-out Customer service was EXCELLENT! My room was clean and the bed so comfortable I wished I had time to lounge in it and read a book. Thank you for a wonderful evening of rest.

My husband and i have stayed here multiple times. Its clean and the staff is friendly. However, the last time we stayed here, they double booked our room. My husband walked into a room they had booked to us and some stranger for the same night.

The Staff was very friendly. Rooms are not good for noise, until 11 pm kids were running down the hall from room to room that could be heard over a white noise box.
