I slept for one night, the check in and check out persons were there as bodies, no smiles, no warm welcome, nothing.

This was my 2nd stay at this property. Comfortable rooms at a good rate. Convenient to the Garden State Pkwy, and right down the street from downtown Kenilworth restaurants and shops.

Shuttle did not arrive at airport when scheduled. Had to wait 45 minutes for an Uber/Lyft. Again shuttle ( parked in hotel lot) not available to take us back to airport following day. Had to wait again for Uber/Lyft. Minimal breakfast options.

The airport transportation is awesome! The driver, Bob made it very enjoyable. The front desk personnel, Anna was on top of her game. Very resourceful. I would stay here on business

Emergency unplanned stay after flight delays stranded us at EWR. Front desk was the first friendly face we’d seen all day, was helpful arranging our ride from the airport and getting us checked in smoothly. Thank you!

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle was a bonus and the drivers were great. The room we stayed in was in need of updating and the carpet was definitely in need of replacement.

Great stay, quiet and comfortable. Will stay again! Very convenient to Garden State Parkway N and S. Even though it’s by the parkway room was very quiet. Grocery store close by and plenty of food choices that can be easy driven to or delivered. Cable channel choices were fantastic and very nice work station in room and lobby.

I enjoy staying here. I have stayed here a few times, even before the renovation. Its always been safe, quiet, and convenient to where I have to work. The staff member at check in could have been a little nicer, but she could have had a bad day. I let that stuff slide. The rooms are always clean too.

The lady manager that was walking around the hotel was very welcoming she made me feel like I was guest there and I was honestly happy with the service I will stay here again

All I know is that we had a great time, my family and I in this hotel where westayed 2 days. It wasn't my first time anyway. and I will go back there anytime I visit New-York and the surroundings.

The woman at the front desk at check in was very friendly and helpful as was the woman during check out. The hotel is nice and convinient. Their restaurant is closed but there are quite a few places to eat around the neighborhood.

Very clean room. Bed was comfortable, nice quiet and AC wasn’t noisy.
Could do with doing a small bar menu that’s the only item that lets it down - Apart from that will stay again.

Pictures are misleading. The hotel does look cute, but the smell was beyond tolerable. I complained but couldn’t be moved. It was already 10pm at check in. Smelled like a terrible mildew/mold problem- like the room flooded and they tried to salvage the carpet. Kept waking up and couldn’t get over the smell! Terrible!

Service was great! The rooms although clean, did not smell clean. This could be due to lack of ventilation or not changing linens and pillows. Aside from this, we enjoyed our stay very much!

Had an amazing stay in refreshed hotel just steps away from Times Square. The room was clean, comfortable, quiet and larger than others in this part of town. The front desk and cleaning staff were friendly, helpful, and responsive. Highly recommend!
