Was a good stay. Room was comfortable and fresh. Relatively clean and beds were comfortable.

They don’t have continental breakfast. I would not stay here again because of the false advertising and poor maintenance of hotel. Maybe that’s why it’s a Motel.

The person at the front desk was very friendly. The floors were dirty in the room and walls too. The TV was not working.We found a cockroach on the floor. The swimming pool is not working. Would not recommend.

Pictures look better than the actual thing. Bed was comfortable. The place just needs upgrades and some TLC and it would great. Staff very friendly. Place seems safe and is quiet. Beds comfortable. Room has a problem with the TV and Remotes. Bathroom needs a good upgrade and paint job.

I had booked a room for 2 nights and after the first night, I refused to stay another. The room had no amenities. The TV wasn't working, no phone to dial for help or emergencies, no coffee machine, no iron or ironing board, no hangers to hang up clothes. There was barely enough toiletries. The floor was FILTHY and it's laminate, so clearly no one slept or mopped. The absolutely worst part was that the bed was sooo thing, you could feel the wires through your back while you slept. Truly horrific! And the cherry on top, were the sketchy people waiting outside, giving weird looks. Honestly, I left primarily due to safety issues... felt like a trafficker's haven! Wouldn't send my worst enemy to stay at this place!

A lady that work in the office was very rude and the doors didnt work got stuck when trying to open the doors

Good location for food and highway. Nights were quiet, good tv streaming, fridge/micro, shower looked new, but no chair-sat on bed and used desk.

They advertise breakfast, but it’s not provided. Room was clean enough when I got there but they never cleaned during my 5-night stay. Floor was a bit broken up and the shower door kept sliding open. But it was a cheap place to stay and that’s what I was looking for.

Terrible! Should be removed from Hotels.com! Not a good reflection on the site. I had 2 choices to pick from and i chose this a few minutes before getting in town. I pull in and see people outside multiple units maybe living there. I ask to see the room and owner said yes but no refund even if i dont like it, which made me wonder... i opened room and it was something unreal out of a 3rd world country absolutely disgusting. I took a loss and rented the only other option a motel 6. It was 10x better and cleaner and cheaper. Do not rent unhoused people are probably put up there from the looks of it. I should have taken pictures but i wanted out so fast. Dirty grimy walls and floors. Just a piece of particle board to hold the tv on. It was the worst. And i mean worse. Ive stayed in some sketchy places in the world and this was the winner. Zero up keep ZERO PRIDE OF OWNERSHIP. Im going to see if this is a chain because they need to know.... Dump, Garbage, trash disease, bed bugs, is what you will think when you go in person

This place was absolutely terrible. Had a long drive to LA and needed a place to rest for the night. The room was filthy with dead bugs. Live cockroaches running around. Don’t feel safe with interesting characters. Checked in at 630 left by 830. With dead bugs and live roaches couldn’t sleep as there was no piece of mind.

Hotel very clean but room smelled like Pinesol. The smell was overwhelming, kept door open but then flies came in.

From the outside, I knew I made a mistake. Run down and very shady looking. The reception area smelled like curry. The room, smelled like they've been trying to use a gallon of disinfectant to try and cover the smell of something that ended it's days in that room. The door to the bathroom had peeling paint. I knew I couldn't get a refund and just checked out and went to the Best Western around the corner. And paid double but I could t be happier!

The deadbolt wouldn't work. Had to place a door under the knob for safety. Air conditioner made lots of noise. Hot water wouldn't work in the shower.

The stay was ok. Pool is working and no hot water.

The property was clean and well located but very basic. Did not provide any amenities despite being listed in the category of having breakfast when id not not even have a coffee maker in the room. It did not even provide facial tissues. Lady at the front desk was very nice but could offer no amenities.

I was very disappointed with our stay here, sheets and comforters were stained, the rooms had a very unpleasant smell, they showed continental breakfast and that was a lie. Never staying there again…

SPRAYED OFF BUG SPRAY in my room because I felt bugs and then after I sprayed they were gone. The photographs look nothing like the property. The rooms are completely different and they look like prison chambers. The pool is non-functioning and according to the staff that I spoke with it has not been working in years. There is no breakfast. And all of this is advertised on their ads and Expedia. The photographs of the rooms on the ad look warm and inviting. But in reality they are nothing like that. And you can see the tan paint still under the white paint that they have used. Is amazing that America's Best value inn is still letting them use their name. I couldn't stay the second night because of the conditions.

Pool was without water and it was 100°. But other than that excellent staff and all went well
