This is an excellent hotel at an affordable price. Our room was perfectly clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The Comfort Suites in E Brunswick-So River made some very nice cosmetic changes in the lobby. The closet doors in the rooms need repair or replacement. The rooms were clean but need updating, The linens were very good quality and in good condition. There were no hand towels. The breakfast is terrible. Poor quality and not much selection. Dunkin Donuts were stale. No lids for coffee cups. Not worth getting up early.

There was under wear in the room under a chaser that wasn’t mine I don’t think they cleaned the room properly my fiancée noticed it when we were packing up

Beds were advertised as queens size they were not we ended up leaving a day earlier because fitting 5 people between 2 double beds was a terrible sleep. Room was in bad condition but location was great.

I stayed with my family for about 4 nights during my visit to NYC. I have no complaints at all unlike some of the reviews I've seen. It was nice quite and the service was great. Staffs were great and easy to get all you needed. Free breakfast was great to start the day and had room services every day. I will highly recommend this place to stay at a reasonable cost. I am very happy.

The front desk clerk was super friendly and personable. Check-in was a smooth one. My room was very clean and spacious. I had no complaints. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Great place with 24 hour coffee for a coffee lover is a plus. It’s at the front desk. Will be back.

Run down and everything is broken. Hair dryer, gym equipment, ice machine, in-room safe, vending machine all broken. They took our towels and did not replace them until after they got washed and dried. Breakfast was very minimal —mostly Dunkin’ Donuts, and toast, OJ was watered down. After hours had no on-sight maintenance or housekeeping.

We stayed 4 nights. Ask for room service twice. Needed toilet paper and towels. Didn’t come in til the last day.

Poorly managed and rundown. Torn towels, broken light switches and no towel hooks in bathroom. Broken closet door that doesn’t close. They did not clean our room the first day. Asked for bedding for sofa bed and were rudely told it was in the room when it was not. No one manning the front desk most of the time. Boxes, tables and chairs just piled up in dining room and around property. Would not stay there again or recommend to anyone.

The room selected for us was horrible. The bed was dirty, the ac unit did not have a cover, the door had handprints. The toilet was not clean and the air vent was not clean at all

The bathroom has no light over the sink, like being in a cave. There is a lock box for the toilet paper, they must be worried someone will take an extra role.

It seems that there is a game going on where this is a residential building. I should not have an Aarron B&B however you must act like you are just visiting, which is very uncomfortable

Property was clean... Room was clean.. Check in was done fast and efficiently.. I spent 4 nights.. Most of the staff was welcoming... There were no hot chocolate for the ... Toaster was broken..cafeteria lady didn't smile and facilities in the room were broken.

We recently stayed for 4 nights at this hotel. It is run down, from the rooms to the amenities. Thin/shredded towels, cleanliness, and housekeeping were minimal (not towels, coffee never replaced, etc). When we asked for towels and sheets for the fold-out bed, we were met with nasty and argumentative front desk people. The hotel smelled like WAY too much artificial smells and the room smelled like an old and dirty cat box. Would not stay again and would not recommend it as there are other choices in the area.
