We generally stayat Comfort Inn and Suites in Ponca City. Hotel was clean and the price was great. Bed was comfortable.

Amenities and staff were good. The hotel itself, room included, had a mildew smell to it. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Location in Ponca City is good though there might not be bad locations or “far” locations in this small town. Musty smell in room but did not interfere with sleep. No pets - very good. No noise - very good. I would stay there again if I return to Ponca City.

The room itself was excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. It wasn't until about 1:30 a m Sunday morning that some people outside my room started talking loud, laughing and playing music that woke me up. I called the front desk and the attendant told me he would take care of it. It may have taken 5 or so minutes and the noise stopped.

The bed was really comfortable. Everyone was friendly. The breakfast was very good. The swimming pool look clean the only problem. There was some mold in the shower on the grout and I told him that and they said they would refer to housekeeping.

Everything was underwhelming. From the breakfast to the room to the shower to the "gym". Even the doors didn't really work right and I had to have my keys re-carded. Wouldn't stay here again if there is an option.

The only con complaint i have is the need was uncomfortable to be and i didn't sleep well. I have back problems and it was too hat's for me as well as the pillow was uncomfortable.

We stay here often when visiting our family, always great customer service. The free breakfast is good. Staff is always friendly and tend to recall personal details about us making us feel more like friends than customers.

Our first room had black mold in the corners of the bathtub. We got another room and it was not only worse but way more unsanitary. Also black mold in the corners of the tub. What looked like male semen on the headboard. Numerous stains on the walls and curtains. When the manager was told and showed pictures of they pushed it off like it was normal. Will never stay in or recommend the comfort Inn in Ponca City again

I rented a room at this hotel because the site stated there was a hot tub. They may have one, but it was conveniently "closed for maintenance". Who knows if it's ever actually open. So if you're wanting to rent a room, looking for a soak in the hot tub, might want to check first.

Just a weekend getaway. We usually stay here when in town. Always pleasant. Hotel just seemed a little musty this trip. Might be time some new carpet.

BEDROOM TV HAD NO VOLUME & REFRIGERATOR HAD OLD FOOD IN IT! NOT IMPRESSED FOR PAYING FOR A SUITE UPGRADE!

didn't get a first floor and bunch of kids plays in a room close enough to bother me. I was 10:30-11:00 that night and it sounded like bangging on walls, jumping off the bed.
Asked for military discount and the front desk said you paid through Expedita.
