This was a good property to stay for the night. I was a little disappointed that I had reserved the room with one double bed and three single beds as we had three kids with us. We ended up getting a double bed and a double sofa bed so we had to have three of us in one bed. But the hotel was great for giving us the entry code for the hotel as our drive to Lourdes got us there at 2am after reception was closed. Excellent communication by reception to ensure we could get to our room.
The location had us but a mere 5 minute walk from Lourdes, and we were surrounded by great shops and restaurants. This is the place to stay if you don’t mind an older building with older fixtures and furniture. It was enough for us to sleep for a few hours to rest, shower and check out.

Internet was down entire day 1. Laundry room had one working machine and it was busy all the time. Then lady (ver nice) told us that we can park on top of hill behind the hotel. Ended up getting a parking ticket. Dishes had to be borrowed with 20euro deposit. Breakfast, we turned as they only had cereal and 2 croissants. However super close to restaurants and Lourdes itself.

It was a good place to stay, close enough to the Grotto to walk, the only issue was parking, its a mess for anywhere you may stay.

The pictures in Expedia and the property reality are very different. Our apartment was in a bad shape. The cabinets were broken, the place overall was smelly, the walls were dirty. I don’t recommend to stay at this place at all!

Great location but the property seriously needs a major overhaul. The bedroom was small with very light beds , bathroom was small with a bath/ shower with little pressure. Living area was unkept worn and uncomfortable. Only a few sockets in entire apartment . A deposit had to be paid to get cutlery which were not clean ,fridge was iced over and a service charge if you needed towels changed. Over all disappointing, un comfortable , every thing was worn . There are much better accommodation options in Lourdes The only positive we’re the staff who were most helpful and attentive .

Staff was friendly and breakfast was good as buffet but fruits were there it’s would have been great but overall experience is good . We will recommend to others and we will came again next year

The appartment was very basic but had everything we needed. The price was very good, the bed was comfortable and a bath and shower was available with hot water. The location is great, being very close to bars, restaurants and shops and the Lourdes domain was a five minute walk away.

This hotel has an excellent location. It is just four blocks from the Sanctuary, so many restaurants by its property, the bus station is across from the street and the breakfast was excellent.
And think that the hotel is a little bit old but has an excellent service, the place is clean and comfortable. I saw the hotels that are next to this and I bet they have the same concept but a higher price. If I come again, I will stay here.

It was a comfortable and pleasant stay! It's centrally located, close to the grotto and other places of interest. Surrounded by restaurants and shops. Good access to transport.

It's a $50 hotel (that's what we paid). The floor in the room is a weird canvas material your feet stick to when barefoot. The soap in the shower is handsoap you'd find in the metro. we requested a double bed and got two singles pushed together, that meant no cuddling. I'm 6' and my feet were hanging off all night. It is very close to the main attractions and front desk was very friendly.

I wasn’t even able to check inn, the train line was on strike and my trip was cancelled, I contact Travelocity and they were very kind and contacted the propriety to see if I can get a refund, but the property owner or manager refused to refund my money,

Very close to grotto ans basilica. Staff was helpful and speak English. Breakfast was great - good service for the price ! Its simple like being in a retreat

Location is excellent, just a 5 minute walk to the grotto. The restaurants steps away from the hotel are great and well priced. The small kitchen with microwave is adequate if you want to heat up food.

The staff is super nice, friendly and helpful. The location was great for going to the grotto. It's right next to a minimart as well so super convenient. I will definitely be staying here again next time we go back to Lourdes.

Location of the hotel is very good. Walls are thin and you can hear alot going by on the corridor. The lift can be very slow at rush hour. Reception closes for 2 hours for lunch. Alot or road noise. Cooking facilities good, but could do with a better choice of utensils, but you get by. WIFI overall poor, kept on stopping if using it to listen to the radio. Location is best for me.

The design was very unique. The reception was very friendly and accommodating. They gave us equipment if we needed it and was a great experience. Although, we were a little but disappionted because we requested for a river view but was not given. We would recommend this hotel to many of our aqquiantances

I booked the apart-hotel thinking it was wheelchair accessible. When I requested for a shower chair, I was given a stool which was useless for my child in a wheelchair who is unable to sit upright.. It is probably my fault for not checking witht the hotel prior to my booking. The position of the microwave and kettle was placed too high to reach.

The hotel is very well located in the town especially if you are a pilgrim. The room is very basic and small although very clean. If you room face the street it will noisy late in the evening and early in the morning.

The location was a convenient walkable distance to the sanctuary. The staff were very helpful and nice. We had some car troubles and they were very accommodating.

Lovely hotel with a walking distance to the sanctuary. The train station and the town centre

Fadil was very nice and accommodating. The hotel has an excellent location, which is just a short walk from the Sanctuary. Our unit has cooking facilities, and facing the back of the hotel, which is not noisy. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, which makes is very convenient. The cleaning staff would come every day to change the towels.
Highly recommended and value for money.
