Nice hotel

The place was in the middle of town. Everything was close by. Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good and staff was courteous and prompt. Great place to stay.

Loved this hotel! Even bathrobes! With slippers! Definitely NH is q great hotel chain.

Excellent location, friendly staff

This a city centre hotel in a traditional building in a busy location very close to the main shopping area. The inside was more modern and but had been nicely converted. Getting to by car was a challenge as it sits within a restricted zone. Follow yellow signs for the Victoria public car park as there appears to only one way in through semi pedestrian streets. It would have been helpful to know this beforehand but the hotel published information on this was poor. In fact the traffic restrictions don’t apply to guests and the hotel passes your car registration number on to the police to avoid a fine, again would have been useful to know! The rooms were good, clean, and well equipped. We had a large room with an inner balcony and had hoped for a city view. This turned out to be blessing as there was a festival when we were there and the streets were crowded and noisy. The breakfast area was large in an enclosed courtyard and the breakfast was excellent with a wide choice. The staff were welcoming and friendly. If you are going to the Alhambra which is fantastic and thoroughly deserves its World heritage status, take a taxi up as it is a very steep climb and 20-30 mins walk (hailed from the street) about 7€ and walk back. Alternatively there is a good dedicated bus service from the city centre.

Nice hotel, good service and location however the mattress is very hard and stiff. Because of this our sleep was very uncomfortable.

We booked a supreme XL room. It clearly states on the site an extra bed can fit and it comes with a balcony/terrace, robes, slippers. The room we were given was barely able to squeeze in the extra bed there was no balcony or terrace and no robes or slippers. Spoke to manager who told us the room is what it is and it’s a large window not a balcony. Strangely enough room next door we were able to take a peak it was definitely larger. Managers basically don’t have an answer really disappointing. Would avoid as it seems bait and switch.

Excellent location to explore Granada and its landmarks. Hotel is a highlight at the end of a busy day, very inviting, comfortable and quiet in the middle of a busy city.

The hotel was beautiful and in a perfect central location. The breakfast was very nice and had a large variety. The balcony in my room overlooked the street and I had a great view of the Semana Santa parade.

Great location. Accommodated us leaving our bags there after check out to go to the Alhambra. Breakfast was excellent as well. Highly recommend
