I stayed here with my dog. It was emphasized that I can’t leave my dog in my room unattended. In the morning when I went to the breakfast area, I asked a lady working around the lobby if I could bring my dog in the breakfast area. She didn’t appear to speak any English, but my dog was with me and she nodded in agreement that I could bring her inside. Also another employee saw me with my dog inside the breakfast area eating and didn’t say anything Control. However when I was leaving the area with my dog, the manager was there and he sternly said “you can’t bring your dog in the breakfast area ma’am”. I told him that the woman told me that it was alright. He repeated it again but I let him know that I was Already done. If you’re not supposed to leave your dog unattended but you can’t bring them in the breakfast area what are you supposed to do if you’re traveling alone? Also, I understand that not everyone speaks English, but if it was a problem, then the lady should have let the manager know that he step in sooner them don’t seem to Aware of that specific policy. That Experience was unpleasant. The room was very clean And the staff really seem to keep the property clean.

Rooms were comfortable and clean -- a good overnight travel stop hotel. Staff was pleasant. Breakfast had several offerings and was well-presented. Property outside was a bit stark, but given the location fairly understandable. Overall a good experience!

The breakfast was lousy. But everything else was great.

We’ve stayed at this hotel numerous times over the years and have always enjoyed our stay. Great staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and a very nice breakfast on our halfway stop between Denver and Southern California.

Great place. Desk check-in person was difficult to understand, but he was very nice and very helpful.

Clean, friendly and safe.

This is a very nice place to stay at. I had a lot of luggage to bring in and was assigned a room on the 2nd floor. Unfortunately, there are no elevators, but the staff helped me get everything I needed into my room with one trip. If I'm ever in the area again, I will definitely stay here again.

It was a last minute stay , late at night and we were very grateful for the room and check in was fast and easy.

I strongly recommend you stay elsewhere. This is a hotel which has not updated the carpet, amenities, microwave/refrigerator and more in years, if not decades. The room smelled bad with a stringent cleaning odor, causing both my dogs and me to sneeze constantly. The AC is an old unit which is loud and off/on so the temperature does not remain constant. Imagine a hotel these days that saves money by offering inexpensive shampoo and NO conditioner?

The only thing i didn't like was the place didn't have elevator so we have to walk to second flood

We were excited to find a dog friendly hotel! But the added $40 was not explained very well, the sign in front of me said Pets welcome $20. He also put us by the ever opening and closing door to the west. Giving our dog unneeded anxiety. Would not stay again.

This hotel needs a complete renovation. The carpet is worn, the furniture is old, the shower head is at least 20 years old, and the air conditioner made so much racket, we had a hard time sleeping. The only plus was that the mattress was fairly comfortable. The linens were paper thin and why does a two story hotel not have an elevator? It was the worst property that we stayed in during our two week road trip. The clerk was pleasant but that doesn't make up for the condition of his property.

Nice family-run establishment.

It was fine. Very clean and the staff were friendly. For a one night stay in Richfield it had what I wanted. A clean room, comfortable bed, TV. It is not fancy or special but your basic clean hotel room

The bedding was poor quality, so were the towels. The beds had old blankets on them. The shower had poor water flow,due to a restrictor. Everything looked cheap and nasty.

Did not like that there was no elevator. Very difficult for me to climb stairs.

Horrible bed pillows. There were 5 of them and they were square like throw pillows.

Overnight stay, allowed late checkin, excellent for allowing pets! Only $20 fee. Nice breakfast.

Great except don’t like the rule that you cannot leave the dog in the room unattended, especially when the second rule I don’t like is do not take any food from the breakfast to your room so if you’re a couple, how do you do that?

Clean and inexpensive.

Great stay. Nice clean rooms and well stocked breakfast area. Front desk service was attentive and friendly. Will stay here again.

Bed linens felt worn. Everything else was fine. Breakfast was very good. Be sure to bring quarters if you want to do laundry

Staff was helpful and the only thing I would do to improve would be to have higher toilets. This one belonged in an elementary school it was so low.

Its a nice property...has a pool...full service breakfast. The main thing is pillows are small and very lumpy so uncomfortable to sleep on but other then that it is a nice place to stay!

The staff didn't speak English. The breakfast was dried out and cold. The room was smelly. Totally Inhospitable!! They do NOT deserve the BW label
