The water park showers and other facilities are in poor condition

We spent two nights for Labor Day weekend, this hotel and water park is not what was expected. The hotel smells, elevator smells, room is very outdated, room door was jammed and very hard to close, the windows were broken and very unsafe if you have kids. The water park is very small and mostly for small kids, the had three big rides and only one was working, the water park is not maintained properly, the concrete was slimy and have a lot of mildew, within the two days that we were there both days we saw kids slipped and hurt their head by just walking. I read all the google reviews about this place and still went giving it the benefit of the doubt, thinking that maybe some people exaggerate the condition of this place, but no they did not, trust the reviews. This was the first time we stayed at this hotel and it will be the last, would rather spend our money elsewhere.

We come every year and this was the worse experience unfortunately. We arrived early and checked in but room wasn't ready, but we planned ahead. They were supposed to texted us but never did. I went twice to the front desk and on the 2nd time after 6pm our room was ready but no towels. Lady at the front desk was very rude and it threw off our whole night. Water park had no towels also. Then we went to eat at restaurant and were turned away as the kitchen was overwhelmed. So, we didn't get our room until after 6 and we were expected to check out by 11 am. They were under staffed but the women at the front desk was rude and didn't even accommodate us. We have 2 kids and a 2yr old. Very disappointing

Not enough pool towels. Some slides were closed in the waterparks. No fruit option in the breakfast area.

It was really fun and the kids had a blast!!!! Everyone was friendly and Kayla at the front desk was so fun and cheerful!!! Perfect person to have greeting and welcoming everyone.

The room is really old. Need new mattress, new sofa bed, new paint. Even the fire doesn't close well, so we had to push really hard and bother the neighbors. Good side, really close to slot off kids activities, and they live it.

Free breakfast availability was great aside from the fact that others were taking advantage of it and packing bags full of food. Leaving little leftover for courteous patrons who were choosing to do the right thing. Amenities were great, my children loved the water park and arcade. Convenient and tasty Starbucks options with super friendly staff. Every employee i encountered was super helpful, happy and kind. I would and have recommended this to friends looking for a great getaway

The waterpark itself is not clean. It really needs updating; paint, rust removal, etc. Does not look taken care of at all.

1. We arrived 6pm, yet the room is not available. The front desk could not give us estimated time when our room be ready. They let us in 7:45pm 2. There are few amenities missing when we 1st entered our room: garbage bin in bathroom, shampoo and the sign "do not disturb". The bathtub has stains. 3. There is no available complementary tea. I called the front desk and told me they can give 2 tea bags BUT I NEED TO PICK IT UP AT THE FRONT DESK. ...AND THE WORST EXPERIENCE IS 4. OUR DOORS (MAIN & BATHROOM) ARE TOO HEAVY & MAKING VERY VERY LOUD SOUND WHEN OPENING AND CLOSING. I realized then majority of rooms are making the same loud irritating noise. Me and my family are kept waking up when someone from another room open & close their doors Overall, we had worst experience

Kayla W was absolutely amazing at check in ! She accommodated me very well. Besides my room having filthy bloody bed sheets & door not closing without me having to slam it extremely my hard ! So far my stay is ok ! Could be better , seeing even the bathrooms in the indoor water park were filthy! I mean poop on the seats and only one stall with toilet paper smh !!! Be aware , the hotel is short on towels ! So had to request towels as there were absolutely none in my room . First I was told they were not sure if they could get me any ! 🤔 so what am I and my family supposed to wash with 🤔. Then , Head of front desk Ms. Kayla ! Yes another Kayla helped me get towels & my room door fixed and also helped with my late check out . So will see what the rest of the weekend will bring . But , thanks so far ladies .

Room wasnt ready until 2.5 hours after check in. Very noisy in the morning. The walls are like paper

The beds in our room were so uncomfortable that my family could not sleep at all and we have terrible back pain. Also one of the mattress's was wrapped in some sort of weird plastic. The foam mattresses were so worn out that they sunk all the way to the bottom. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The carpets were in need of vacuuming and were given incorrect information at check in regarding the price of adding the amusement park to our plan. Imagine my surprise when my card was charged $180 for adding an amusement park to my stay!

We loved staying here! The staff was amazing, the rooms were great and the waterpark was awesome!

Great location!! The outside and lobby were beautiful! The hotel definitely needs updating. The room door was extremely difficult to open and shut. So much so, that we didn’t realize the door was still open when we left to go to the water park. The cleanliness of the room was questionable. There was hair in the shower from the previous guest. The sheets on the pullout couch had stains on them. We needed extra blankets, pillows and bath towels. I called the front desk to see if housekeeping could drop them off, they never did. I asked the front desk and they said we would have to make the beds ourselves and bring the extra supplies to the room. Housekeeping does not clean your room, give you clean sheets or towels nor take out your trash, unless you are there for 4 or more days. If you want any of that done, you would have to change the sheets yourself, bag up your trash and leave it in the hall. The phone in my room would just randomly ring with no one on the line. I called the front desk to find out what was going on because it was after 11pm and it kept happening. I was told that there was an issue with the phones and every time someone called the desk, it would call my room also. I asked if they were going to fix because we were trying to sleep. The woman at the desk pretty much told me I was out of luck and didn’t know what to tell me. There is so much more. I honestly would never stay here again. It was awful and personally would love my money back

One thing that i liked is the team members were so nice. I love that they have life guards all around. Dislikes, i hate that everytime i stay its loud up until 1130pm as kids are running around due to arcade being open until 11pm. Then it gets loud around 7 in the morning. Also dont like that the laundry doesnt get done often, so they run out of towels for the water park. My bathroom in my suite smelled like wet clothes have been sitting in there forever. Yuk!

It’s good for 3 days stay max. The carpet in the entrance, to the pool and the rooms are very dusty. Most of the time In the water park there is not towels available.

For the $ you pay, limited use of water park. Park hours were not ideal. No clean towels for water park. Room was very dirty, garbages around the property were overflowing, trash everywhere

Nice family hotel with the water park. We enjoyed our stay and the staff was really friendly. The hotel would be due for renovation but don't get me wrong is still really clean and enjoyable. Would definetly go back .

It was just ok. Room wasn’t ready on time. Tub area was filthy. Waterpark was very small and not everything was working all the time. Amusement park had a bunch of rides not working and shows not performed either due to limited staff

Great place for children

Upon check in the staff were so rude & don’t have enough knowledge. The lady called another staff member to assign a room & we were surprised that the outside waterpark wasn’t including the stay. She stated that through expedia we can’t book for the outside park although upon reservation i called them & made sure that we have access for the pool & they said yes. The door of the room was broken & every time we want to close it we had to call maintenance . We stayed 5 night they didn’t clean the room for once. Overall it wasn’t as expected & if we could get a refund we definitely left & won’t spend the 6 days there.

Hotel needs renovations, rooms need work (plumbing, electrical), hotel needs more food choices. Noisy neighbors.

Staff friendly , had a problem with the door at beginning but they were able to address it. Wish will be more indoor attractions
