I dropped off my bags early before checking.They stored it. Great location. Easy access into the vity via tram or U/S bahn. 6 mins wslk from shopping mall. RTger noisy as its opposite a rock climbing centre an lots of people talking loud in street at all hours

It would have been nice had it been air conditioned, but it had comfy beds and worked for our family. The breakfast was okay, a little overpriced but was fine.
It was just hidden enough that we didn't know how close it was to Gesundbrunnen station and kaufpark, perhaps the hotel should point that out for food options?

Really REALLY nousy neighbourhood with trains passing within about 100-150m. Mostly between 22-01 at night.
Parking space at the hotel is very limited and has to be booked in advance.

I had forgotten that "familien" meant more for families. This is bare bones hotel but they had beer, wine, and a fantastic breakfast. A little shady neighborhood but very convenient to metro and dining!

Had a great time, front desk guy deserves a raise. Wonderful customer service. Breakfast was very good. Only down side is there is an old creepy man whi will stare at you from the bushes.

At first the man who welcomed us has a very serious face next time a smile 😁 please but as the days went by we had the best time ever will come back again I highly recommend this hotel the breakfast is everything and very clean...Thanks alot

We opted for the room with the bunkbeds for our family of five. It was nice compact room. The S-Bahn and U-Bahn are very conveniently within walking distance. Parking was easy. There is a nice buffet style breakfast available as well as other bakery options nearby. Plenty of restaurants nearby for lunches and suppers. There is also a very nice park nearby with two historical bunkers with great views of the area.

We were pleased with our stay in the hotel. The room seemed quite spacious and comfortable. The only disadvantage was not working light bulb above mirror in the bathroom in room No 318, so they should have fixed it. Apart from that, everything is fine! Hotel is conveniently located - nearby shopping mall and U6 metro station.

Absolutely fantastic hotel and location in Berlin. It is located close to U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations in a lively neighborhood, yet the rooms are quiet. Great breakfast and value for the money. If you want to park on property, ensure you make a reservation early, otherwise there is street parking available. Highly recommend this hotel.

That was a part of experiencing Berlin. The area was fairly quiet and safe. Parking was limited but we managed to find a spot on the street side. Breakfast was enjoyable! Overall, we would stay again! Great value.

When we got to our room it did not have a kettle and tea/coffee facilities, which we did not realise beforehand. When we asked for cups of hot water from the bar to make our own from tea/coffee purchased we were charged £2 per cup of hot water. The bar staff were quite unhelpful about this when we queried it. The website does state that facilities are in available. Disappointed.

Staff friendly and very helpful.
Would be good to have some signs on each floor to remind guests to be quiet at night / early morning as other guests might be sleeping!
