Todo el personal del hotel muy amable, las vistas excelentes, excelente ubicación, a dos cuadras de la plaza de armas de Urubamba. Muy buen desayuno, relación calidad - precio, excelente. Me sentí como en casa. Tuve que cambiar las fechas de estancia en el hotel, y me facilitaron que pudiera hacer estos cambios.

Un excelente lugar par descansar y recargar energías, la terraza me encantó!

El único punto en contra fue fue que mi ventana tenía vista a escaleras interiores, fuero de ello todo estuvo genial.

There is everything to like! The hostess Paulina is so very nice and accommodating with a nice smile and very responsive if there's anything that's needed. She even brought us some coca leaf tea upon our arrival. It was peaceful to have the place to ourselves. The azotea (rooftop) view is incredible. There's a comfortable seating area up there where you can enjoy the beautiful skies during both day and starry night. Everything in the room was great, from the bathroom to the balcony with a mountain view, from the shelf/hanging space to the good wifi signal , from the comfy bed/pillows to the two tables-four chairs in the room. Convenient to have one out on the balcony. The breakfast included juice, bread, butter, marmelade, egg, and tea/coffee. We plan to return soon. ¡Hay todo lo que te gusta! La anfitriona Paulina es muy agradable y servicial, con una sonrisa agradable y muy receptiva si hay algo que necesite. Incluso nos trajo un té de hoja de coca a nuestra llegada. Era tranquilo tener el lugar para nosotros. La vista de la azotea es increíble. Hay una cómoda zona de estar allí donde podrá disfrutar de los hermosos cielos tanto de día como de noche estrellada. Todo en la habitación era genial, desde el baño hasta el balcón con una vista de la montaña, desde el espacio para colgar/estantería hasta la buena señal de wifi, desde la cama y almohadas cómodas hasta las dos mesas, cuatro sillas en la habitación. Es práctico tener uno en el balcón. El desayuno incluía jugo, pan, mantequilla, mermelada, huevo, y té/café. Planeamos volver pronto.

Just to verify that there is no shared kitchen. But Paulina was kind enough to provide us with hot water in a thermos with cups and glasses and she allowed us to put something in the fridge. We did not get a key to the front door at the street. We had to ring the bell to be let back in whenever we came back from being out and about. Solo para verificar que no hay cocina compartida. Pero Paulina fue lo suficientemente amable como para proporcionarnos agua caliente en un termo con tazas y vasos y nos permitió poner algo en el refri. No nos dieron la llave de la puerta principal de la calle. Tuvimos que tocar el timbre para que nos dejaran entrar cada vez que regresábamos de estar fuera.

La habitación buenísima, limpia, buena presión de agua, iluminada!! Su personal muy amable.

when we arrived, the front desk was unaware we had booked a room. fortunately they scrambled and provided us with a room within 20 minutes of arriving. Also, there is no elevator so we had to carry our 40 pound luggage up 2 flights of stairs. not a deal breaker, but worth noting.
